Claims (7)

  1. 전기분포 시스템에서 이상 전류 조건에 응답하는 회로 차단기에 있어서,
    분리접점과 접점의 개방부를 실행하기 위해 래치 위치로 부터 비래치 위치에 이동하는 해제부재를 갖는 회로차단기와,
    래치 위치와 해제 부재의 비래치 위치 사이에 이동하여 래치위치에서 바이어스된 래치 레버와,
    래치 레버를 비래치하기 위해 이동하거나 래치 위치에서 바이어스된 트립바아와,
    분포 시스템의 각도체에 대해 고정자기 구주체를 구비하고 코일 및 코어 집합치와 아마튜어를 포함하는 트립유니트와,
    트립바아를 비래치 위치에 이동하기 위해 각 고정 자기 구조체를 결합하고 조립체로부터 일정 거리에서 위치 설정되는 아마튜어를 구비하며 적어도 1개도체에서 이상 전류시 이동하는 레버수단과,
    레버수단상에 신장을 변화하며 탄성력이 아마튜어와 코일 및 코어집합체 사이 거리를 변화함이 없이 조절하는 조립체에 아마튜어를 유인하기에 필요하게끔 레버수단을 작동산 분결되는 조절스프링 수단을 구비하고 수동식 작동 캠과 캠의 회전시스프링 수단상에 증가하거나 감소하는 신장을 위해 스프링수단에 작동결상분되는 캠피동체를 구비하는 신장수단과,
    조절 자기트립이 아마튜어상에 탄성력을 변화함으로써 실행되게끔 캡의 위치를 정확히 지시하기 위해 캠에 인접하거나 접촉하는 색인수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    신장수단을 포함하는 트립유니트는 제 1 하우징 내부에 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 캠은 제 1 하우징에서 호울을 통해 연장하는 조절 노브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    색인수단은 보올과스페이서 보올-리시빙요면을 포함하고 이들중 한개는 캠에 배치되어 있고 나머지 1개는 하우징에 배열되어 있으며 상기 보올은 요면으로 바이어스되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 캠은 요면을 구비하는 플랜저를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    구경나사는 코일과 코어집합체에 대해서 아마튜어를 이동하기 위해 하우징에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    제 2 하우징은 회로차단기 매카니즘을 포함하고 제 1 하우징은 제 2 하우징 내부에 분리할 수 있게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기.
