제3도는 본 발명 외의 실시예에 따르는 엔진용 시동기에 있어서 프론트 브래킷 측단부를 부분적으로 도시하는 단면도.
제4도는 본 발명의 또다른 실시예에 따르는 엔진용 시동기에 있어서 프론트 브래킷 측단부를 부분적으로 도시하는 단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 엔진 시동용의 회전력을 발생하는 전동기와, 전동기의 중공 회전축내에 일방향 클러치 기구를 거쳐서 회전이 자유롭게 지지된 중공의 클러치 인너와, 엔진의 링 기어와 맞물리는 피니언을 가짐과 함께 클러치 인너내에 축방향으로 이동이 자유롭게 스프라인 감합된 피니언축과 전동기의 축방향 일단에 설치되어 전동기의 통전을 온 오프하는 전자 스위치와, 전자 스위치와 연동하여 피니언축을 축 방향으로 이동시켜서 피니언을 링 기어에 맞물리게 하는 이동체를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 시동기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 일방향 클러치 기구를, 회전축에 내면에 형성된 쐐기형상 캠과, 이 캠과 클러치 인너 사이에 설치된 롤러 및 롤러 스프링으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 시동기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 이동체는 상기 회전축내에 삽입되어서 피니언측을 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 시동기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 중공 회전축은, 내면을 담금질하는 것과 함께 외주의 전동기의 전기자 코아 압입 부분은 담금질을 하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 시동기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 피니언축은 외주에 스톱퍼를 갖고, 이 스톱퍼와 클러치 인너와의 사이에 피니언축의 복귀 스프링을 설치하고, 또한 피니언축의 이동시에는 스톱퍼가 클러치 인너의 단부와 맞대이는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 시동기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전동기의 프론트 브래킷과 클러치 인너와의 사이에 베어링을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 시동기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전동기의 전지자가, 브러시와 맞닿는 습동면이 회전축과 직각을 이루는 페이스형 정류자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 시동기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 피니언축의 클러치 인너에서 돌출한 피니언에 플랜지부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 시동기.
  9. 자로를 형성하는 통형상의 요우크의 내부에 중공의 전기자 회전축을 구비하는 직류 전동기와, 상기 전기자 회전축의 중공부내에 축방향으로 습동이 가능하게 지지되고 또한 오버런닝 클러치 기구를 거쳐서 상기 전기가 회전축에서 회전력을 받는 출력 회전축과, 상기 직류 전동기의 축방향의 일단에 장착되어, 상기 출력 회전축을 이동시킴과 함께 상기 직류 전동기에 전원을 투입하는 전자석 스위치 장치와, 상기 요우크의 축방향 타단에 고착되는 수지제의 프론트 브래킷으로서, 그 몰드 성형시에 상기 요우크의 단부에 성형 고착하여서 되는 프론트 브래킷을 포함하여서 되는 엔진용 시동기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 오버런닝 클러치 기구가 상기 전기자 회전축내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진용 시동기.
