제1도는 본 발명에 의한 벨트식 연속수조기의 일례를 도시한 측면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 서로 평행하게 배설되고 또한 서로 반대방향으로 회전하는 1쌍의 수냉벨트 사이에 용융금속을 공급해서 판형상으로 응고시킨 주편을 연속적으로 끌어내는 벨트식 연속주조기에 있어서, 상기 1쌍의 수냉벨트 사이에 주편쪽이 협지되어서 이 수냉벨트의 이동속도와 동기해서 순환이동하는 1열로 배열된 1쌍의 사이드댐블록군과, 적어도 사이드댐 블록군이 주편과 접촉하는 구간에 사이드댐 블록군의 이동방향으로 뻗도록 배치된 1쌍의 사이드댐 블록군의 안내부재를 가지고, 이 각각의 안내부재는 각각 단독으로 주편의 폭방향으로 이동 가능하고 또한 주편의 두께방향으로 병렬로 해서 2열로 배치된 안내비임을 가지고 있으며, 이 각 2열의 안내비임에 의해서 상기 각 1열의 사이드댐 블록군을 적어도 주편과의 접촉 길이보다 긴 2군으로 나누어서 안내하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밸트식 연속주조기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 군의 사이드댐 블록은 가요성을 가진 루우프 형상의 띠형상체에 의해서 서로 연걸되고, 안내로울러를 개재해서 안내비임에 의해서 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 연속주조기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 다른쪽의 군의 사이드댐 블록이 있는 부분에 있어서 한쪽의 군의 사이드댐 블록을 연결하는 가요성의 루우프 형상의 띠형상체에 안내비임에 의해서 안내되는 안내로울러를 갖춘 안내블록이 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 연속주조기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 안내비임과 평행하게 사이드댐 블록을 안내하는 고정안내 비임이 배설되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 연속주조기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 안내비임의 각각은 고정안내비임에 부착된 구동장치에 의해서 독립해서 주편의 폭방향으로 이동되도록 되어있는것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 연속주조기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 사이드댐 블록의 순환로는 대체로 평행하게 주편쪽으로 향하여 상부부분, 주편과 접촉해서 하부방향으로 향하는 부분 및 주편으로부터 떨어져서 대체로 수평의 하부방향 부분을 갖추고, 상기안내비임을 상기 상부방향 부분과 상기 하부방향 부분과의 사이에 뻗어있는것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 연속주조기.
