Claims (2)

  1. 증폭변조 수신기와 함께 사용할때 유용한 세라믹 필터(3)에 변조기(2)를 결합시키도록 하며, 그리고 전술한 변조기(2)의 출력으로 연결시키도록 적용된 형태로, 변조기가 한쌍의 평행한 상호연결 차동 셀(7,8)을 출력단을 포함하는 집적결합회로(1)에 있어서, 각각의 베이스(B4)(B5)를 통하여 서로 연결되며, 다이오드(D3) 및 제3의 트랜지스터(T6)와 함께 브리지회로(11)를 형성시키는 한쌍의 트랜지스터(T4, T5)를 포함하며, 전술한 쌍의 각 트랜지스터(T4, T5)가 변조기(2)의 한 출력단자(6a,6b)에 연결된 각각의 전류거울회로(9,10)로부터 전력을 공급받고, 전술한 브리지회로(11)의 출력(C5)이 전술한 세라믹 필터(3)로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 집적결합회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 전류거울회로(9,10)가 대칭이며, 각각이 그 베이스(B5, B)가 변조기(2)의 각 출력 단자(6b,6a)에 연결되고, 다이오드가 전술한 트랜지스터(T3, T2) 각각의 베이스와 에미터 사이에서 연결되며,각 트랜지스터(T3, T2)가 캐스케이드 배열로 전술한 쌍의 각 트랜지스터(T4, T5)로 연결된 pnp 트랜지스터 (T5, T2)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 집적결합회로.
