Claims (10)

  1. 칼슘 폴리카르보필, 미소결정형 셀룰로오즈, 미그네슘 스테아레이트, 가교된 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 실리카겔과 스테아린산을 포함하는 조성물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카라멜가루를 포함하는 조성물.
  3. 칼슘 폴리카르보필 312.5－937.5mg, 미소결정형 셀룰로오즈 100－250mg, 마그네슘 스테아레이트 2－11mg, 가교된 폴리비닐피롤리돈 25－75mg, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 15－50mg, 실리카겔 3－10mg과 스테아린산 5－30mg을 포함하는 정제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 카라멜 칼라8－20mg을 포함하는 정제.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 칼슘 폴리카르보필 625mg ; 미소결정형 셀룰로오즈 195mg ; 마그네슘 스테아레이트 5.5mg ; 가교된 폴리비닐피롤리돈 50mg ; 폴리비닐피롤리돈 25mg ; 실리카겔 5mg ; 과 스테아린산 15mg을 포함하는 정제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 카라멜 칼라 13mg을 포함하는 정제.
  7. 하기 a)－g)를 포함하는 칼슘 폴리카르보필 함유정제의 제조방법 ; a) 칼슘 폴리카르보필, 가교된 폴리비닐피롤리돈과 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 혼합하고 ; b) 50－65℃의 물을 첨가하여 혼합물을 과립화하고 ; c) 습기있는 과립을 밀링하고 : d) 밀링된 과립을 건조시키고 ; e) 균일한 과립크기를 얻기위해 건조시킨 과립을 더 밀링하고 ; f) 혼합한 혼합물에 마그네슘 스테아레이트와 스테아린산을 첨가하고 ; g) 결과로써 생성되는 혼합물을 정제로 압축시킨다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 삼키기 쉽도록 정제를 필름으로 코우팅하는 것이 포함된 방법.
  9. 하기 a)－h)를 포함하는 칼슘 폴리카르보필 함유정제의 제조방법.
    a) 칼슘 폴리카르보필, 크로스포비돈과 포비돈을 혼합하고 ; b) 50－65℃의 물을 첨가하여 혼합물을 과립화하고 ; c) 습기있는 과립을 밀링시키고 ; d) 밀링시킨 과립을 건조시키고 ; e) 균일한 과립크기를 얻기위해 건조시킨 과립을 더 밀링하고 ; f) 밀링시키고 건조시킨 과립과 크로스포비돈, 실리카 및 미소결정형 셀룰로오즈를 혼합하고 ; g) 마그네슘 스테아레이트와 스테아린산을 혼합한 혼합물에 첨가하고 ; h) 결과로써 생성되는 혼합물을 정제로 압축시킨다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 삼키기 쉽도록 정제를 필름으로 코우팅하는 것이 포함된 방법.
