Claims (10)

  1. 스트립상 예비재가 고화후 열간 압연온도에 이행 되고 완성스트립으로 압연되기 위해 복수대의 압연기에 도입되는, 순차적 조작단계로 스트립상 연속 주조 예비재로부터 열간 압연 강대를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 완성스트립으로의 압연이 최대 3 또는 4 압연대에서 가급적 높은 압하로 연속 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연강대의 제조방법 .
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 처음의 두 압연대에서는 거의 최대의 압연 모멘트와 큰 압연로울 직경으로 조작 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연강대의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 셋째 및/또는 압연대에서는 구동이 지지로울을 통해서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연강대의 제조방법 .
  4. 제1항 내지 4항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 예비재는 압연라인에 도입되기 전에 일시적으로 저류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연강대의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 1000mm 내지 2000mm 사이 바람직하기는 1350mm 폭의 작은 완성 스트립을 압연하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연강대의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 강성이 낮은 완성스트립을 압연하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연강대의 제조방법.
  7. 스트립상 예비재가 고화 후 열간 압연온도에 이행되고 완성스트립으로 압연되기 위해 복수대의 압연기에 도입되는, 제1항 내지 6항 중의 어느 하나에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위한, 순차적 조작단계로 스트립상 연속주조 예비재로부터 열간 압연강대를 제조하기 위한, 복수대의 연속 압연대가 후방에 배설되어 있는 스트립주조 장치에 있어서, 압연기(6)가 3대(6',6",6"") 또는 4대의 압연대로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 주조 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 압연기(6)의 모든 압연로울에 구동기가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립주조장치 .
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 처음의 두 압연대(6′,6″)의 작업로울에는 구동기가 그리고 셋째(6"') 및/또는 넷째 압연대에는 지지로울 구동기가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 주조장치.
  10. 제7항 내지 9항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 압연기(6)의 모든 작업로울은 동일한 로울직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 주조장치 .
