제1도는 본 발명에 의해서 제조된 열 정착 로울러의 부분 단면도.
제2도 본 발명에 제조방법을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면.

Claims (11)

  1. (a)심축외주에 원통형으로 실리콘 고무층을 피복해서 로울러를 성형하는 공정과, (b) 이 로울러를 폴리테드라 플루오르 에틸렌 수지 디스퍼어죤에 침지하고 이어서 수평면에 대하여 동일한 방향으로 약간 경사지게 하여 회전시키면서 끌어올려 건조시키고, 로울러 위에 폴리테트라 플루오르 에틸렌 수지 피막을 형성하는 공정과, (c)전술한 로울러의 폴리테트라 플루오르 에틸렌 수지 피막을 외주쪽에서 500℃ 이상의 온도로 10 내지 120초간 가열하는 공정과, (d)전술한 로울러를 내부쪽에서 가열하여 폴리테트라 플루오르 에틸렌 수지 피막을 230℃이상, 융점미난의 온도로 까지 온도를 상승시키는 공정과, (e)계속해서 전술한 폴리테트라 플루오르 에틸렌 수지 피막을 그 융접이상의 온도로 가열하여 소성하는 공정과를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 정착 로울러의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한(b)의 공정이 20℃이하의 환경온도 하에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열정착 로울러의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전술한 (b)의 공정이 습도 30%이상의 환경하에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 정착 로울러의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전술한 폴리테트라 플루오드 에틸렌수지 디스피어죤의 폴리테트라 플루오르 수지 농도가 57-60중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열 정착 로울러의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전술한 실리콘 고무층이 심축 외주에 크라운 형으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 정착 로울러의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 침지 탱크에 액체면의 높이를 조정하는 액체면 높이 조절장치가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 정착 로우럴의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전술한 로우러는 회전되면서 폴리테트라 플루오르 에틸렌 수지 디스피어죤에 침지되고 또한 끌어올려지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 정착 로울러의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 디스피어죤의 액체면에서 분리된 후의 로울러의 회전속도는 침지 되었을때의 회전속도 보다 느려지게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 열 정착 로울러의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전술한 로울러가 전술한 폴리테트라 플루오르 에틸렌수지 디스피어죤에 침지되고 끌어 올려진후 전술한 디스피어죤이우동성을 유지하고 있는 동안에 전술한 로울러의 양쪽끝 근방에서 전술한 디스퍼어죤을 전술한 로울러의 양쪽끝으로 흡입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열정착 로울러의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전술한 소성은 전술한 로울러를 가열 분위기 속에서 유지하며, 또한 로울러 심축내에 가열장치를 내부에 끼워 넣으므로서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 정착 로울러의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전술한 소성후 전술한 로울러의 심축내에 액체 상태의 냉각 매체를 통과시켜서 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 정착 로울러의 제조방법.
