Claims (3)

  1. 길이방향의 횡단면이 대체로 U자 형상이며 또한 길이방향의 양단부에 하부절결부(W1)를 가진 성형품(W)을 성형하는 사출성형금형에 있어서, 상기 성형품(W)의 내표면중 길이방향의 중앙부를 성형하는 가동금형본체(5)와, 그 가동금형본체(5)에 형성된 이형방향(R)에 대하여 경사진 경사면을 따라서 상대적으로 접동자재케 부착되고 상기 성형품 양단부의 내표면을 성형하는 슬라이드 코어(6)를 착설하고, 그 슬라이드 코어(6)가 상기 성형품의 내표면 사이에서 상기 가동금형 본체의 경사면의 경사방향과 직교하는 방향으로 복수개로 분할되며 또한 적어도 1개의 분할금형은 상기 이형방향(R)에 대한 접동방향의 경사가 다른 분할금형과는 서로다른 각도로 설정되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형금형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬라이드 코어(6)는 성형품(W)에 돌부를 성형하는 위치에서 복수의 분할금형(6a)∼(6c)으로 분할되어 있는 사출성형금형.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 슬라이드 코어(6)는 성형품(W)에 돌부(W2)(W3)를 성형하는 분할금형(6b)의 접동방향(A2)의 경사각도(θ2)가 분할금형(6a)(6c)의 접동방향(A1)의 경사각도(θ1)보다도 크게 이루어져있는 사출성형금형.
