Claims (4)

  1. 유효성분으로서 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 1,4-디히드로피리딘 유도체와, 제약 보조제를 함유하는 고형제약 조성물에 있어서, 이 조성물을 탄산 나트륨, 탄산 수소 나트륨, 탄산칼륨 및 인산 수소 칼슘 중 1개 이상과 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 제약 조성물.
    식중, R은 니트라토기를 갖는 2- 또는 3- 위치에서 치환된 n-프로필기이고, R1은 1- 또는 2-위치에서 메틸기로 치환될 수 있는 2- 니트라토에틸기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄산 나트륨, 탄산수소나트륨 및(또는) 탄산 칼슘을 1,4-디히드로피리딘 유도체(Ⅰ)의 중량부에서 대해서 0.01-20 중량부로 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인산 수소 칼슘을 1,4-디히드로피리딘 유도체(Ⅰ)의 중량부에 대해서 0.01-100중량부로 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 유효성분으로 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 1,4-디히드로피리딘 유도체와, 제약 보조제를 함유하는 고형 제약 조성물에 있어서, 이 조성물을 탄산 나트륨, 탄산 수소 나트륨, 탄산 칼륨 및 인산 수소 칼슘 중 1개 이상을 결합해서 상기 고형 제약 조성물을 안정화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    식중, R은 니트라토기를 갖는 2- 또는 3- 위치에서 치환된 n-프로필기이고, R1은 1- 또는 2-위치에서 메틸기로 치환될 수 있는 2- 니트라토에틸기이다.
