Claims (10)

  1. 이. 콜라이(E.Coli) ATCC 11303으로 부터 분리된 tyrB 유전자를 함유하는 복제가능한 염색체외 인자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다복제 플라스미드인 염색체외 인자.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 다복제 플라스미드가 pAT 153인 염색체외 인자.
  4. 방향족 트랜스아미나제를 합성하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에서 청구한 염색체외 인자의 용도.
  5. (a) 염색체외 인자를 미생물 내로 도입시키고, (b) 미생물에서 tyrB를 발현시키고, 활성 방향족 트랜스아미나제를 합성시킨 다음, (c) 페닐피루베이트를 트랜스아미나제에 의해 아미노화 하는 단계로 이루어지는 방법에 의해 미생물내에서 L-페닐알라닌을 과잉생산하기 위한 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에서 청구한 염색체외 인자의 용도.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 미생물이 장내세균속인 용도.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 미생물이 이. 콜라이인 용도.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 미생물이 이. 콜라이 ATCC 11303 및 이의 변종 및 돌연변이체인 용도.
  9. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에서 청구한 염색체외 인자로 형질전환된 이. 콜라이 ATCC 11303 및 이의 변종 돌연변이체.
