Claims (11)
- 이 콜라이 ATCC 11303 으로부터 분리된 ilvE 유전자를 함유하는 복제 플라스미드(replicating extrachromosomal element).
- 제1항에 있어서, 다복제 플라스미드인 플라스미드.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다복제 플라스미드가 pBR 322로부터 유도되는 플라스미드.
- 지방족 아미노기 전이효소의 합성을 위한 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 플라스미드의 용도.
- a) 미생물 내로 플라스미드를 도입하고, b) 미생물에서 ilvE 유전자를 발현시켜 활성 지방족 아미노기 전이효소를 합성한 다음 c) 아미노기 전이효소로 적합한 케토 전구체를 아민화 시킴을 특징으로 하여, 미생물에서 측쇄 아미노산을 대량 생산하기 위한 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 플라스미드의 용도.
- 제5항에 있어서, 미생물이 장내세균(Enterobacterium)인 용도,
- 제5항에 있어서, 미생물이 이. 콜라이(E. Coli)인 용도.
- 제6항에 있어서, 미생물이 이. 콜라이 ATCC 11303, 및 이의 변형체 및 돌연변이체인 용도.
- 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 플라스미드를 사용하여 형질전환시킨 이. 콜라이 ATCC 11303, 및 이의 변형체 및 돌연변이체.
- 이. 콜라이 ATCC 11303 및, 이의 변형체 및 돌연 변이체로부터 수득가능한 ilvE 유전자.
