Claims (1)

  1. a)상기 배지의 온도를 약 15℃이하의 온도로 하고, b)약 15℃이하의 온도를 유지하면서 상기 미생물의 농축물을 형성하며, c)농축물의 동결된 작은 알멩이를 형성하기 위해 상기 농축물을 가는 흐름의 형태로 저온 액체에 흘러 들어가게 하고, d)25℃이하 온도에서 상기 작은 알멩이를 동결 건조하는 것으로 구성되는, 상기 방법의 발효 배지로부터 빙핵 형성 활성을 갖는 미생물을 회수하는 방법.
