Claims (2)

  1. 마이크로모노스포라(Micromonospora)속에 속하는 미생물 변이주(KFCC 10346)를 영양배지에서 호기적으로 배양할때 무기염원으로 염화마그네슘 또는 염화망간을 0.2-0.4g/g로 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 젠타마이신의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배양시 발효온도를 세포성장기에는 34℃-36℃, 대사산물 생성기에는 32℃-36℃로 구분하여 발효온도를 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
