Abstract
본 발명은 신규의 미생물 변이주와 이 변이주를 이용한 눈 또는 얼음류의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 서리 피해를 입은 식물체의 잎들로부터 빙핵형성 활성을 지닌 미생물을 분별 후, 이들 중에서 비교적 높은 온도에서도 빙핵형성을 유지하는 미생물을 다시 분리하여 얻은 모균주(Pseudomnsa syringe SO7)를 돌연변이시켜 선별한 상온 25~30℃에서도 빙핵형성 활성도가 높은 변이주(Pseudomonas syringae SO704)를 제조하고, 이를 이용하여 눈 또는 얼음을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이는 기존의 특허들과는 달리 배양, 균체회수, 건조, 미생물 현탁액 보관에 있어서 저온처리가 필요없고도 높은 빙핵형성의 활성이 유지되는 특징이 있다.

- 상온에서 안정하게 빙핵형성 활성을 유지하는 신규의 빙핵형성 미생물 슈도모나스 시린개 SO754(KCCM-10039).
- 빙핵형성 미생물 슈도모나스 시린개 SO754(KCCM-10039)를 물에 현탁하고 그 현탁액을 25℃ 이하로 유지하여 수원에 주입함을 특징으로 하는 눈 또는 얼음의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
