Claims (11)

  1. 저장에 안정성이 있고 저온이며 경화할 수 있는 일성분의 무용제우레탄 조성물에 있어서, (1) 적어도 2개의 작용성(functionality)을 가진 폴리올(polyol)의 반응생성물과, 적어도 2개의 작용성을 가지며 상기 폴리올과 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트의 작용성합이 4보다 큰 방향족 폴리이3소시아네트와, 케톡심블로커(ketoxime blocker)를 구성한 분기된 페쇄이소시네이트 프레폴리머와, (2) 적어도 2개의 OH를 포함하는 폴리올 가교제와, (3) 상기 (1)의 비블록화 및 경화촉매(deblocking and curing catalyst) 및, (4) 건조제로 구성시킴을 특징으로한 상기 우레탄조성물.
  2. 반응성 플라스티졸 조성물에 있어서, 제1항의 조성물과, 입자크기 0.1-1.500μ의 범위를 가진 분말형태의 열가소성 수지재로서 제1항의 조성물 2-50중량부를 구성시킴을 특징으로한 상기 플라스티졸 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지재는 폴리비닐클로리드, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리메타아크릴레이트 및 폴리아세탈로 구성된 다수의 그룹임을 특징으로한 상기 플라스티졸 조성물.
  4. 응고시킨 열경화성 수지재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 응고시킨 열경화성 수지재를 제조하는데 충분한 시간동안 적어도 100℃의 온도에서 제1항의 조성물을 가열시킴을 특징으로한 상기방법.
  5. 응고시킨 균질의 열가소성 수지재를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지재를 용융시켜 열경화성 수지재로 되도록 하는데 충분한 시간동안 적어도 100℃의 온도에서 제2항의 조성물을 가열시킴을 특징으로한 상기방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물을 코팅으로 사용함을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 실런트(sealant)로 사용함을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 점착제로서 사용함을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 코팅으로 사용함을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 실런트로 사용됨을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 점착제로서 사용됨을 특징으로한 상기 조성물.
