Claims (8)

  1. 필름-형성물질을 종자물질에 분무시키고, 여러겹의 필름으로 코팅된 종자물질을 건조하며, 상기의 분무 및 건조가 계속하여 움직이는 밀착부피의 종자물질에 대하여 동시적으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 공기-및 수분-투과 가능한 접착성 필름 형성물질의 필름- 코팅방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 건조가 부피의 종자물질의 표면으로 건조기체의 기류를 통과시켜 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 건조가 부피의 종자물질의 사이로 건조기체의 기류를 통과시켜 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제1내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 종자물질의 수분함량이 전조작시간동안 일정하게 유지되는 방법.
  5. 필름 형성물질을 주재로 하는 액상용액 또는 현탁액을 분무하는 수단이 내장되어 있고, 움직이는 종자의 부피의 표면으로 및/또는 사이로 임의로 가온된 건조기체를 통과시킬 수 있는 건조수단을 내부에 장착하고 있는 회전원통을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 4항중의 어느 한항에 따른 방법을 실행하기 위한 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 분무수단이 적어도 하나의 노즐로 이루어진 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 건조수단이 적어도 하나의 건조기체 도입구로 이루어진 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 원통이 구멍이 나있고, 건조기체의 도입이 원통의 적어도 일부의 구멍을 통하여 원통의 외부로부터 내부의 방향으로 수행되는 장치.
