Claims (9)
- 아연, 아연합금 또는 카드뮴 표면 처리용의 산성의 크롬(Ⅲ) 및 불화물 수용액을 포함하는 피복용액에 있어서, 3가의 크롬이온, 불화물이온 및 산 이외에 하나나 그 이상의 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 착염화합물을 포함하는 을 특징으로 하는 피복용액[Cr(H2O)6-XFX] (3-X)+A-여기서 X는 1 내지 3의 정수이고, A는 질산염, 황산염, 인산염, 염화물, 브롬화물, 불화물 및 요오드화물에서 선택한 그룹의 음이온이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3가 크롬이온의 농도 보다 더 큰 양의 수용성 질산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피복용으로 사용하기 전에 최소한 60℃의 온도까지 가열하거나 15℃ 이상의 온도에서 촉매로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복용액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 사용하는 촉매가 활성탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 질산염이 알칼리금속, 알칼리 토금속 또는 암모늄의 질산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음의 조성물을 특징으로 하는 피복용액:20내지 200gs/1의 3가 크롬화합물, 2 내지 600gs/1의 수용성 질산염, 5 내지 100gs/1의 불화물, 1.8 내지 2.2의 pH를 내게 하는 염산 또는 질산.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음의 조성물을 특징으로 하는 피복용액:50gs/1의 불화크롬(Ⅲ), 125gs/1의 질산나트륨, 50gs/1의 불화나트륨, 2.0의 pH를 내게하는 질산.
- 제1항에서 표현되고 X 및 A는 여기서 표시된 의미를 가지는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 착염화합물의 하나나 그 이상을 아연표면의 피복용 용도.
- 제1항에서 표현된 피복용액을 2 내지 20중량%의 농도로서 아연포면을 청색-표면안정화용으로 사용하는 피복용액의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
