비닐포장기

본 고안은 와이샤스와 같은 피복류는 물론 각종 비닐 포장을 필요로 하는 포장물에 비닐 포장을 간편하면서도 연속적으로 할 수 있도록 된 고안에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 피복류 등에 비닐 포장을 하려면 개별적으로 만들어진 비닐 포대를 일일이 손으로 벌려서 피복을 집어 넣어야만 했고 그후 비닐 포대의 개구부를 접어서 핀으로 꽂거나 열 융착기로 눌러 밀봉 하여야만 되는등 작업 공정상 번거로움이 많아 시간이 오래 걸리며 많은 인력이 필요함에 따른 경비 지출이 많았다.
본 고안은 이와 같은 결점을 제거하고저 창안된 것으로서 이를 첨부된 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
삽입대(2)와 밀봉대(3)로 분리된 기판(1)의 중앙부에는 고정 융착대(4)를 설치하고 삽입대(2)에 축설된 한쌍의 작동간(5)에는 저면으로 절단칼날(7) 양측에 융착봉(8) (8')이 형성된 회전 융착대(6)를 설치하며, 삽입대(2) 선단에 설치된 포장물 유도통(9) 외부에는 지그재그로 접혀있는 원통형 비닐포지(10)를 끼우되 그 입구(11)가 벌어진 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 비닐포지(10)의 선단(10')을 유도통(9) 내부를 통해 뽑아 비닐포대(10")가 형성될 수 있도록 된 것으로서 도면중 미설명 부호(12)는 포장물이고 (13)은 이송장치이다.
이와 같이 형성된 본 고안은 원통형으로서 지그재그로 접혀있는 포장용 비닐포지(10)의 선단(10')을 포장물 유도통(9)의 내부를 통해 잡아 당긴후 삽입대(2)에 상치된 비닐포지(10)의 선단(10')을 융착시켜 밀봉하면 비닐포대(10")가 형성되는 것이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안은 이송장치(13)에 의해 이송되어온 포장물(12)이 비닐포지(10)의 입구(11)를 통해 선단(10')이 밀봉된 비닐포대(10")에 투입되면 비닐포대(10")를 들어 당겨서(이때 유도통(9) 외부에 지그재그로 접혀있는 비닐포지(10)가 풀리는 것임) 밀봉대(3) 위로 옮겨 놓은 후 회전 융착대(6)를 내리 누르면 고정 융착대(4) 선상에서 회전 융착대(6)의 양측 융착봉(8) (8')에 의해 두줄의 융착부가 생기면서 절단 칼날(7)에 의해 두줄의 융착부 사이가 절단되는 것이다.
그러므로 포장물(12)이 투입된 비닐포대(10")는 상측 개구부가 융착봉(8')에 의해 융착되면서 완전 밀봉된 비닐포장이 되는 것이고, 비닐포대(10")가 절단된 후 삽입대(2)에 상치되어 있는 비닐포지(10)의 새로 형성된 선단(10')은 융착봉(8)에 의해 밀봉되어 있으므로 또 다시 비닐포대(10")가 형성되어 있게 되는 것이다.
그후 본 고안은 이송장치(13)에 의해 일정한 간격을 두고 연속적으로 이송되어 오는 다음 포장물(12)이 또 다시 입구(11)를 통해 새로 형성된 비닐포대(10")에 투입되면 전기 방법에 의해 반복하여 계속적으로 포장물(12)을 비닐포장 할 수가 있는 것이다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 지그재그로 접혀 있는 원통형 비닐포지(10)를 이용하여 연속적으로 힘들이지 않고 양측 개구부를 밀봉하여 포장을 할 수 있고 회전 융착대(6)의 작동을 자동화 할 수도 있는 것으로서 종래에 비하여 작업공정이 간편하고 시간이 절약되어 작업능률의 향상과 많은 인건비를 절감 할 수가 있는 것이다.

  1. 삽입대(2)와 밀봉대(3)로 분리된 기판(1)의 중앙부에는 고정 융착대(4)를 설치하고 삽입대(2)에 축설된 한쌍의 작동간(5)에는 저면으로 절단 칼날(7) 양측에 융착봉(8) (8')이 형성된 회전 융착대(6)를 설치하며, 삽입대(2) 선단에 설치된 포장물 유도통(9) 외부에는 지그재그로 접혀 있는 원통형 비닐포지(10)를 끼우되 그 입구(11)가 벌어진 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 비닐포지(10)의 선단(10')을 유도통(9) 내부를 통해 뽑아 비닐포대(10")가 형성될 수 있도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 비닐 포장기.
