Claims (10)

  1. 유리 또는 불활성 플라스틱으로 구성된 담체상의 산-안정화된 α-인터페론의 비-동결 건조된 건조 박막으로 이루어진, α-인터페론을 적용시키기 위한 재형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산-안정화된 α-인터페론의 비-동결 건조된 건조 박막을, 안주(eyerod)의 말단에 고르게 도포시킴으로써 안주 형태의 담체상에 적용시키거나, 박막이 그의 내벽에 부착되는 형태로 건조 앰풀 형태의 담체 상에 적용시킴을 특징으로 하는 제형.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용하는 활성물질이 건조 박막 형태의 α-2-인터페론임을 특징으로 하는 제형.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 건조 박막이 또한 부착을 증진시키는 매트릭스도 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제형.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 각각의 안주에 도포한 박막이 α-인터페론 0.5내지 50mcg을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제형.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 부착을 증진시키는 매트릭스가 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 고분자량 고체 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 셀룰로우즈(예를 들면 메틸 셀룰로우즈, 하이드록시프로필 메틸 셀룰로우즈, 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로우즈, 카복시 메틸 셀룰로우즈) 또는 이들 물질들이 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제형.
  7. α-인터페론을 pH 1내지 5에서 산성의 강한 극성 용매에 정량적으로 용해시키고, 용액(가능한 한 멸균 여과시킴)을 불활성 담체에 도포시키고, 용매를 0 내지 80℃의 온도에서 제거함을 특징으로 하여, α-인터페론의 적용 제형을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 사용하는 강한 극성 용매가 물, 탄소수 1내지 4의 지방족 알코올, 탄소수 3내지 5의 지방족 캐론 또는 이러한 용매의 혼합물이고, 수성 혼합물중 용적비를, 이들을 공비 혼합물로서 증류시킬 수 있도록 선택하는 방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 산성의 극성 용매 제조용 무기산으로서 황산, 인산 또는 더욱 특히 염산을 사용하고, 유기산으로서 푸마르산, 타타르산, 석신산 또는 시트르산을 사용하며, 이 방법으로 pH 2 내지 4에 도달하는 방법.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, α-인터페론을 함유하는 산성의 수성 또는 수성-알코올성 용액 또는 산성의 수성 디알킬케톤 용액을, 임의로 사용하는 용액을 미리 멸균여과학 담체를 멸균한 후, 형성된 박막이 완전히 건조될 때까지 용매를 즉시 제거하면서, 안주의 한쪽 또는 양쪽 말단 둘레에 도포하거나, 플라스틱 또는 유리로 만들어진 건조 앰풀에 붓고, 동결되지 않도록 하면서, 감압하 80℃까지의 온도에서 용매를 제거하고, 이어서 앰풀을 밀봉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
