Claims (6)

  1. 하나 이상의 통신 통로(104)및 제어 메시지들을 서로 교환하기 위한 적어도 하나의 데이타 링크(105)를 통해 전화기 스위칭 시스템(100)으로 접속되며, 복수의 전화기 세트(T100내지 Tm) 및 트렁크회로(TR1내지 TRn)을 사용하기 위한 전화 스위칭 시스템(100)을 포함하는 비지니스 통신 시스템에서, 상기 음성통신 통로중 하나 또는 상기 복수의 전화기 세트(T100내지 Tm)및 트렁크 회로 (TR1내지 TRn)중 하나에 현재의 호출을 접속시킬 때 호출 파티에 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(100)의 상기 음성 통신 통로(104)와 상기 전화 스위칭 시스템(100)의 복수의 전화기 세트 (T100내지 Tm)및 트렁크 회로(TR1내지 TRn)사이에 호출 전달기능을 제공하는 방법이, 상기 비지니스 통신 시스템에서, 상기 현재의 호출 접속시 상기 호출 접속시 상기 호출파티(T100)로부터 호출 전달요구를 수신하며, 상기 현재의 호출이 상기 음성 통신통로(104)중 하나로 접속될 때는 상기 대체 행성지가 상기 복수의 전화기 세트(T100내지 Tm)중 하나를 포함하여 상기 현재의 호출이 상기 복수의 전화기 세트(T100내지 Tm)와 트렁크 회로(TR1내지 TRn)중 하나로 접속될 때는 상기 음성 통신 통로(104)중 하나를 포함하는 상기 현재의 호출 접속에 대한 대체 행선지를 확인하며, 상기 현재의 호출 접속 및 상기 대체 행선지를 확인하는 상기 전화 스위칭 시스템(100)과 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)사이의 상기 데이타 링크 (105)를 통해 호출 전달제어 메시지를 교환하며, 상기 전화 스위칭 시스템(100)에서, 상기 호출 파티(T100)로부터의 새로운 호출 접속을 상기 현재의 호출 접속 장소내 상기 확인된 대체 행선저로 대치하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호출 전달 기능 제공 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현재의 호출 접속을 통해 상기 호출 파티(T100)로 부터 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(100)으로 상기 호출 전달 요구를 전송하며, 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)에서, 상기 대체 행선지를 확인하는 상기 호출 전달 요구를 상기 행선지에 대응하는 상기 복수의 전화기 세트(T100내지 Tm)과 트렁크 회로(TR1내지 TRn)중 하나를 확인하는 데이타로 번역하는 수신 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호출 전달 기능 제공방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전화 스위칭 시스템(100)에서, 상기 새로운 호출 접속이 설정될 수 있는지 여부의 결정을 시험하며, 상기 새로운 호출 접속이 설정될 수 없을때 상기 데이타 링크(105)를 통해 상기 스위치 처리기(102)로부터 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)으로 실패 제어 메시지를 전송하며, 상기 실패의 제어 메시지의 수신에 응답하여 상기 현재의 호출 접속을 통해 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)으로부터 상기 호출 파티(T100)로 실패공시를 통보하는 교체단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호출 전달 기능 제공방법.
  4. 하나이상의 통신 라인(104)에 의해 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)으로 접속되며, 상기 전화 스위칭 시스템(100)의 작동을 제어하기 위한 스위치 처리기(102)를 갖는 전화 스위칭 시스템(100)에서, 호출 전달장치는, 제어 메시지를 전달하기 위해 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)과 상기 스위치 처리기(102)로 접속된 수단(105)을 포함하며, 상기 장치는, 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)에서, 상기 전달 수단(105)을 통해 상기 스위치 처리기(102)로 상기 대체 행선지를 확인하는 호출 전달 제어 메시지를 송신하기 위해서, 상기 현재의 호출 접속상에서 가입자(T100)에 의해, 전송되며, 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)으로 가는 상기 통신라인(104)중 하나를 통해 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)으로 현재의 호출 접속 전달을 요구하는 신호에 응답하는 수단(112)을 포함하며, 여기서 상기 스위치 처리기(102)는 상기 전화 스위칭 시스템(100)이 상기 가입자(T100)로부터 상기 현재의 호출 접속 대신에 상기 대체 행선지로 새로운 호출 접속을 설정하도록 상기 호출 전달 제어 메시지에 응답하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호출 전달장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전송 수단(112)은, 상기 대체 행선지에 대응하는 상기 전화 스위칭 시스템(100)에서 상기 신호를 전화기 세트 (T100내지 Tm) 또는 트렁크 회로(TR1내지 TRn)확인을 나타내는 데이타로 번역하기 위해서 대체 행선지로 호출 전달을 요구하는 상기 신호에 응답하는수단(501)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호출 전달 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상시 스위치 처리기(102)는, 새로운 호출 접속이 상기 대체 행선지로 설정되는지 여부의 결정을 시험하기 위해 상기 호출 절단제어 메시지에 응답하는 수단(503)과, 상기 전달 수단(105)을 통해 실패 제어 메시지를 상기 메시지 서비스 시스템(110)으로 되돌리기 위해서 상기 시험의 실패에 응답하는 수단(508 내지 510)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호출 전달장치.
