Claims (4)

  1. 페놀-포름알테히드 수지 및 폴리우레탄 성분을 함유하는 합성 수지 조성물에 있어서, 페놀-포름알데히드 수지 및 폴리우레탄 성분의 인터폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 조성물.
  2. 페놀-포름알테히드 수지 및 폴리우레탄 성분을 함유하는 합성 수지 조성물로 함침된 섬유상 담체 물질을 함유하는 인쇄 회로기판용 기질재료에 있어서, 합성수지 조성물이 페놀-포름알데히드 수지 및 폴리우레탄 성분의 인터폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 인쇄회로기판용 기질재료.
  3. 페놀-포름알테히드 수지 및 폴리우레탄 성분을 함유하는 합성 수지 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 페놀-포름알데히드 수지를 폴리우레탄 성분 및 염기성 촉매의 존재하에서 페놀 및 포름 알데히드-생성화합물로부터 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 포름알데히드-생성화합물을 페놀 몰당 1내지 1.6몰의 포름 알데히드를 생성시키는 양으로 사용하고, 페놀 몰당 0.005내지 0.02몰의 폴리우레탄 성분을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
