Claims (6)
- 은-팔라듐 촉매의 존재하 공기에 의한 메탄올의 촉매적 산화-탈수소반응을 특징으로하는 포름알데히드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 은-팔라듐 촉매가 10중량 ppm~5중량%의 팔라듐을 함유함을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 은-팔라듐 촉매가 50~10,000중량 ppm의 팔라듐을 함유함을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 베드 온도 에의해 주어진 500~750℃의 반응온도에서, 촉매 입방미터당 0.3메트릭 톤/시~2.5메트릭톤/시의 메탄올 공급속도로, 메탄올에 대한 공기의 혼합비가 몰당 1.1~2.7 : 1이 되는 가운데 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탄올에 대한 증기의 혼합비가 몰당 0.3~1.5 : 1인 증기존재하에 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탄올에 대한 폐기체의 비가 몰당 0.8~2.5 : 1인 폐기체의 존재하 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
