Claims (9)
- 약 475℃ 내지 약 825℃의 온도에서 스킴의 존재하에 제올라이트 NH4-rho 또는 H-rho를 소성시켜 제조한 산성 제올라이트 rho, 약 325℃내지 약 750℃의 온도에서 스팀의 존재하에 제올라이트 NH4-ZK-5 또는 H-ZK-5를 소성시켜 제조한 산성 제올라이트 ZK-5, 또는 그의 혼합물의 촉매량 존재하에 약 250℃내지 약 450℃의 반응온도에서 탄소/질소(C/N)비율을 약 0.2내지 약 1.5로 제공하기에 충분한양으로 메탄올 및/또는 디메틸에테르와 암모니아를 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 디메틸아민의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 약 0.01내지 약 80시간의 메탄올/DME 공시득율을 제공하기에 충분한 반응물 공급속도와 약 7내지 약 7000kPa의 압력에서 수행된 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응온도가 약 300℃내지 약 400℃인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 압력이 약 70내지 약 3000kPa이고 메탄올/DME 공시득율이 약 0.10내지 약 1.5시간인 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, C/N 비율이 약 0.5내지 약 1.2인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 산성 제올라이트 촉매가 산성 제올라이트 rho인 방법:
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 산성 제올라이트 촉매가 산성 제올라이트 ZK-5인 방법.
- 암모니아의 존재하에서 약 525℃내지 약 625℃의 온도하에 수직노내에서 제올라이트 NH4-rho를 소성시켜 제조한 촉매량의 산성 제올라이트 rho 존재하에 약 250℃내지 약 450℃의 반응온도에서 약 0.2내지 약 1.5의 탄소/질수(C/N) 비율을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 메탄올 및/또는 디메틸에테르와 암모니아를 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 디메틸아민의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 산성 제올라이트 rho가 암모니아 또는 불활성 기체와 혼합된 암모니아 속에서 NH4-rho를 소성시켜 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
