Claims (11)

  1. 고온로에 양호한 클래딩 조성 (물)의 유리봉과 유리관을 유리봉이 유리관의 내면과 선접촉하도록 연속적으로 공급하며, 이때 상기봉의 유리전이온도는 상기 기재관의 유리전이온도보다 사실상 낮게하고, 일정온도에서 상기 관과봉에 열을 가하여 봉이 연하게 되어 관의 내부벽에 퍼지고 완전히 피복하며, 코팅된 유리관이 로의 피이크 열지역을 통과하여 상기 코딩된 유리관을 드로잉(인발)하며 상기 유리봉과 관의 공급속도, 상기 유리봉과 관의 드로잉온도 및 상기 코팅된 유리관의 드로잉 속도를 선택하여 미리 선택한 내경과 외경을 가진 중공 광섬유를 수득하게 되는 중공 코어 광섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에서 코팅 및 드로잉 공정전에 유리관의 내벽에 언덕형 구배 씨일(graded seal) 퇴적을 먼저 가지는 중공 광섬유의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에서 상기 구배 씨일의 붕소규산으로 구성되어 있는 방법.
  4. 제2항에서 상기 구배 씨일이 규산 게르마늄으로 조성된 방법.
  5. 제2항에서 상기 구배 씨일이 다성분 유리로 구성된 방법.
  6. 제1항에서 상기 유리관의 전이온도가 상기 유리봉의 전이온도보다 최소한 섭씨 200도 이상 높은 방법.
  7. 제1항에서 상기 클래딩은 이산화 게르마늄 80%, 산화 칼륨 10%와 산화아연 10%를 함유하는 것인 방법.
  8. 제1항에서 상기 클래딩은 이산화게르마늄을 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에서 상기 클래딩은 이산화 규소를 함유하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에서 상기 클래딩은 불소화 베릴륨으로 된 방법.
  11. 제1항에서 상기 클래딩은 이산화 게르마늄 80%, 산화칼륨 10% 및 산화아연 10%로써 구성된 방법에 의하여 제조한 중공 코어 광섬유.
