제1도는 실시예 1에서 제조된 광파이버의 코어에 있어 에르븀의 농도에 대한 형광수명의 의존성을 도시.
제2도는 실시예 6에서 제조된 광파이버의 굴절율프로파일.

Claims (14)

  1. 프리포옴의 코어부를 형성하는 글래스튜브를 형성하고; 상기 글래스튜브 위에 SiO2및 도펀트화합물로 이루어진 졸겔용액의 피막을 형성하고; 프리포옴의 코어부로서 글래스로드를 얻기 위해 졸겔용액의 피막이 형성된 상기 글래스를 글래스화하고 켈랩스하고; 상기 글래스로드의 주위에 클래드부를 형성하는 공정으로 이루어진 광파이버제조에 사용되는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어글래스로드보다 낮은 굴절율을 지닌 클래드글래스튜브에 상기 글래스로드를 삽입하여 함께 용융시킴으로서, 상기 글래스로드의 주위에 상기 클래드부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 졸겔용액은 금속알콕시드, 물, 알콜 및 상기 도펀트화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도펀트는 희토류원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속알콕시드는 실리콘알콕시드, 게르마늄 알콕시드 및 알루미늄알콕시드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  6. 코어부를 형성하는 내벽 및 클래드부를 형성하는 외벽으로 이루어지는 글래스튜브를 형성하고; 상기 글래스튜브의 내벽에 SiO2및 도펀트화합물로 이루어지는 졸겔용액의 피막을 형성하고; 글래스프리포옴을 얻기 위해, 염소 및 산소혼합물을 글래스튜브를 통해 흘려놓으면서 졸겔용액의 피막이 형성된 상기 글래스튜브를 글래스화하고 켈랩스하는 공정으로 이루어지는 광파이버의 제조에 사용되는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 형성전과, 염소 및 산소혼합물을 흘려넣기 전에 금속화합물의 증기를 글래스튜브를 통해 흘려넣는 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 실리콘 알콕시드는 SiO2원으로서 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 도펀트는 희토류원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 졸겔용액은 실리콘알콕시드, 티타늄알콕시드, 게르마늄알콕시드 및 알루미늄알콕시드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속알콕시드인 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 금속화합물은 염화실리콘, 염화게르마늄, 염화티타늄, 염화붕소, 염화인 및 염화알루미늄에서 선택된 적어도 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  12. 프리포옴의 클래드부를 형성하는 글래스튜브를 형성하고; 상기 글래스튜브의 내벽에 SiO2및 도펀트화합물로 이루어지는 졸겔용액의 피막을 형성하고; 글래스프리포옴을 얻기 위해 염소 및 산소혼합물을 글래스튜브를 통해 흘려넣으면서 염소 및 산소혼합물을 글래스튜브를 통해 흘려넣으면서 졸겔용액의 피막이 형성된 상기 글래스튜브를 글래스화하고 켈랩스하는 공정으로 이루어진 광파이버의 제조에 사용되는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 도펀트는 희토류원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 졸겔용액은 실리콘알콕시드, 티타늄알콕시드 및 게르마늄알콕시드로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 알콕시드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스프리포옴의 제조법.
