Claims (7)

  1. 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드 제조방법에 있어서, 원유 또는 석탄피치를 피치섬유로 방적하고 생성된 피치를 원하는 길이로 절단하고 큰 밀도로 축적된 상태에서 통상적 방법으로 불융화 및 탄소화 및 또는 흑연화한 다음, 고형분 부착제가 0.1-3중량%로 무기 및/또는 유기결합제를 스트랜드에 도포하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 탄소 섬유 세단스트랜드 제조방법.
  2. 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드 제조방법에 있어서, 원유 또는 석탄피치를 피치섬유로 방적하고, 통상적 방법으로 불용화 및 탄소화 및/또는 흑연화한 다음, 고형분 부착제가 0.1-3중량%로 무기 및/또는 유기 결합제를 스트랜드에 도포한 다음 원하는 길이로 처리된 스트랜드를 절단하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 피치섬유를 1-50mm 길이로 절단함을 특징으로하는 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 스트랜드를 1-50mm 길이로 절단함을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 축적공정이 0.7g/㎤ 또는 그 미만의 밀도에서 효율적임을 특징으로하는 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드 제조방법.
  6. 원유 또는 석탄피치를 피치섬유로 방적하고 생성된 피치를 원하는 길이로 절단하고 큰 밀도로 축적된 상태에서 통상적인 방법으로 불융화 및 탄소화 및/또는 흑연화한 다음, 고형분 부착제가 0.1-3중량%로 무기 및/또는 유기결합제를 스트랜드에 도포하는 공정으로 이루어진 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드 제조방법으로 제조되고, 0.2-0.8g/㎤의 용적밀도를 가짐을 특징으로하는 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드.
  7. 원유 또는 석탄피치를 피치섬유로 방적하고, 통상적인 방법으로 불융화 및 탄소화 및/또는 흑연화한 다음, 고형분 부착제가 0.1-3중량%로 무기 및/또는 유기결합제를 스트랜드에 도포한 다음 원하는 길이로 처리된 스트랜드를 절단하는 공정으로 이루어진 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드 제조방법으로 제조되고, 0.2-0.8g/㎤의 용적밀도를 가짐을 특징으로하는 탄소 섬유 세단 스트랜드.
