Claims (6)
- 하기식으로 나타내어지는 시그날 펩티드를 코오딩하는 부분이 인체리소자임을 코오딩하는 DNA 부분의 5'-말단과 결합되어 있는 DNA 서열.M-R-S-F-L-L-L-A-L-C-F-L-P-L-A-A-L-G
- 제1항에 있어서, 시그날 펩티드를 코오딩하는 DNA 부분이 제3도에 나타낸 DNA 서열을 갖는 DNA 서열.
- 제1항에 있어서, pGFL735인 DNA 서열.
- 제1, 3 또는 3항에서 청구한 DNA 부분으로 형질전환시킨 세포.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사카로미세스 세레비시아에 AH22R-/pGFL735(FERM BP-1346)인 세포.
- 제4항에서 청구한 세포를 배양하고, 배양물중에 인체리소자임을 축적시키고, 이어서 그를 회수함을 특징으로하는 인체리소자임의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
