กรรมวิธีในการหมักเพื่อผลิตกรด 5''-อิโนซินิค โดยการเพาะเลี้ยงสารจุลชีพในตระกูล Corynebacterium และทำการรวบรวมกรด 5''-อิโนซินิค ที่ได้ทำให้เพิ่มปริมาณขึ้นในสารตัวกลางใช้เพาะเลี้ยง โดยการเติมน้ำตาลและอีในซัน และ/หรือ ไฮโปแซนทีนลงในตัวกลางที่ใช้เพาะในระหว่างการเพาะเลี้ยงนั้น

1. กรรมวิธีในการหมักเพื่อผลิตกรด 5'-อิโนซินิค โดยการเพาะเลี้ยงสารจุลชีพที่เกี่ยวกับตระกูล Corynebacterium และสามารถผลิตกรด 5'-อิโนซินิคจากน้ำตาล และทำการรวบรวมกรด 5'-อิโนซินิค ที่ได้นั้น และทำให้เพิ่มปริมาณขึ้นในตัวกลางที่ใช้เพาะเลี้ยง โดยการปรับปรุงประกอบด้วยการเติมน้ำตาลและอีในซีน และ/หรือ ไฮโปแซนทีนลงไปในตัวกลางที่ใช้เพาะ ในระหว่างการเพาะเลี้ยงนั้น และดำเนินการเพาะเลี้ยงต่อไป
