1.กรรมวิธีในการหมักเพื่อผลิตกรด 5\'-อิโนซินิค โดยการเพาะเลี้ยงสารจุลชีพที่เกี่ยวกับตระกูล Corynebacterium และสามารถผลิตกรด 5\'-อิโนซินิคจากน้ำตาล และทำการรวบรวมกรด 5\'-อิโนซินิค ที่ได้นั้น และทำให้เพิ่มปริมาณขึ้นในตัวกลางที่ใช้เพาะเลี้ยง โดยการปรับปรุงประกอบด้วยการเติมน้ำตาลและอีในซีน และ/หรือ ไฮโปแซนทีนลงไปในตัวกลางที่ใช้เพาะ ในระหว่างการเพาะเลี้ยงนั้น และดำเนินการเพาะเลี้ยงต่อไป
