Claims (14)

  1. 열경화성 수지로 함침하고 가열과 가압으로 결합된 겹쳐진 셀룰로오스-기질의 시이트의 여러겹을 포함하는 장식 플라스틱 적층물에 있어서, 이의 로아가 60 내지 100중량%의 알파-셀룰로오스, 0 내지 40중량%의 열경화성 아미노수지로 합침한 레이온섬유로 구성된 본질적으로 투명한 다수의 시이트로 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 플라스틱 적층물(decorative plastics laminate).
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전술한 투명시이트를 가능하면 1 : 0.1 내지 1 : 1의 비율로 된 벤조구아나민/포름알데히드 및/도는 아세로구아나민/포름알데히드 수지로 된 혼합물, 멜라민/포름알데히드로 합침하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 적층물.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 투명시이트가 25내지 100g/m2의 물질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 적층물.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 2 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 투명시이트의 최소한 하나를 윤전그라비아, 실크-스크리인 또는 오프셋 인쇄로 인쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 적층물.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 면위에 열경화성 아미노 수지로 함침한 알파-셀룰로오스 기제를 가진 최소한 하나의 보호표면 시이트 "중층(overlay)"를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 적층물.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 중층이 20내지 40g/m2의 물질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 적층물.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 민판착색되거나 윤전그라비아, 실크-스크리인 또는 로프셋 인쇄에 의해서 인쇄되고 본질적으로 투명시이트 사이에 삽입된 최소한 하나의 장식 시이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 적층물.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 장식 시이트가 60내지 160g/m2의 물질을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 플라스틱 적층물.
  9. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 실질적으로 투명한 시이트의 꾸러미(pack)에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 적층물.
  10. 다수의 셀룰로오스-기제로 되고 건조한 열경화성 수지로 함침한 시이트를 치쌍고 이 시이트를 함께 결합시키기 위하여 가압 및 가열처리하는 장식 플라스틱 적층물의 제조방법에 있어서, 60내지 100중량%의 알파-셀룰로오스와 0내지 40중량%의 레이온 섬유로 구성된 다수의 투명시이트를 사용하며, 이 시이트를 열경화성 아미노수지 함침하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 시이트를 가동하면 1 : 0.1내지 1 : 1의 비율로 된 벤조구아나민/포름알데히드 및/또는 아세트구아나민/포름알데히드의 수지로 혼합된 멜라민/포름알데히드 수지로 함침하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 40내지 70중량%의 수지함량, 4 내지 7중량%의 휘발성물질 함량 및 2 내지 20중량%의 흐름(flow)을 얻기 위하여 함침과 후속적 건조를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치쌓은 시이트를 50내지 100bar의 가압처리와 120내지 160℃ 온도의 가열처리하여 함침된 수지를 가교-결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제10항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투명시이트가 25내지 100g/m2의 물질을 가지며 민판채색되었거나 윤전그라비아, 실크-스크리인 또는 오프셋 인쇄된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
