Claims (22)

  1. 분배량의 디젤을 엔진에 분사하는 분사펌프와 속도조절기를 지니며 가스와 디젤연료를 함께 사용하여 운전될 수 있는 압축점화기관용 연료제어장치에 있어서, 엔진으로의 가스연료의 흐름을 제어하는 가스연료 제어장치. 프로그램에 따라 운전될 수 있는 전기적 신호 처리장치, 상기 처리장치에 입력신호를 제공하도록 속도조절기 위치와 엔진속도에 응답하는 장치, 상기 프로그램의 제어하에 처리장치에서 상기 입력신호를 조작시킴으로써 상기 입력신호로 부터 도출된 상기 처리장치의 출력신호에 응답하여 가스연료의 흐름을 변화시키는 가스 유량 제어장치, 상기 분배량이 미리 설정된 최대 량을 초과하지 않도록 디젤연료의 분사를 제어하는 디젤연료 제어장치로 구성된 연료제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 이어서, 엔진속도를 지시하는 상기 입력신호의 한 성분을 제공하도록 되어 있으며 엔진속도에 응답하는 트랜스듀서(transducer)와 상기 속도조절기 위치를 지시하는 입력신호의 다른 한 성분을 제공하도록 되어 있으며 속도조절기 위치에 응답하는 다른 트랜스듀서를 포함하는 연료제어장치.
  3. 속도조절기와 디젤분사장치를 지니는 압축점화기관용 연료제어장치에 있어서, 엔진으로의 가스연료의 흐름을 제어하는 가스연료제어장치, 프로그램에 따라 조작될 수 있는 전기적 신호처리장치, 엔진속도에 응답하여 그 엔진속도를 지시하는 입력신호의 한 성분 을상기처리장치에 제공하는 트랜스듀서, 속도절기 위치에 응답하여 속도조절기 위치를 지시하는 입력신호의 다른 성분을 제공하는 트랜스듀서, 상기 프로그램의 제어하에 처리장치에서 상기 입력신호를 조작함으로써 입력신호로 부터 도출된 처리장치로 부터의 출력신호에 응답하여 가스연료의 흐름을 변화시키는 가스유량 제어장치, 디젤연료의 분사를 제어하는 디젤연료 제어장치로 구성된 연료 제어장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 디젤연료 제어장치는 엔진으로 분사되는 디젤연료의 각기 배당량의 량을 제어하는 분사펌프 제어장치와 그 분사펌프 제어장치가 디젤연료의 미리 설정된 최대량보다 많이 분사하는 것을 막도록 제공된 멈춤장치를 포함하는 연료 제어장치.
  5. 제2-4항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처리장치는 속도제어요구가 엔진속도보다 더 클때 순간적 엔진속도에 비례하여 가스연료 유량을 제어하는 가스연료 유량 결정장치를 포함하는 연료제어장치.
  6. 제2-5항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처리장치는 요구되는 가스연료 유량을 결정하기 위하여 속도제어 요구가 엔진속도보다 작거나 같을때 비례적이고 유도적인 제어루프(loop) 연산을 위한 신호로서 엔진속도와 속도제어요구 사이의 차이를 사용하도록 된 가스연료 유량 결정장치를 포함하는 연료제어장치.
  7. 제2-6항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 처리장치는, 계산된유량의 값을 순간 엔진속도를 위한 최대 허용 유량과 비교하고 계산된 유량이 상기 최대 값보다 더 크면 계산된 유량의 값을 최대값을 대체시키게 작동될 수 있는 가스유량 결정장치를 포함하는 포함하는 연료 제어장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 액체연료 유량조절기의 위치에 응답하여 상기 입력신호를 구성하는 상기 조절기 위치를 지시하는 신호를 발생하게 된 다른 트랜스듀서를 포함하는 연료 제어장치.
  9. 디젤 분사장치와 속도조절기를 지니는 압축점화기관용 연료제어장치에 있어서, 엔진으로의 가스연료의 흐름을 계산하는 가스연료 제어장치, 프로그램에 따라 조작될 수 있는 전기적 신호처리장치, 액체연료 유량조절기의 위치에 응답하여그 위치를 지시하는 입력신호를 상기 처리장치에 발생하도록 된 트랜스듀서, 상기 처리회로에서 입력신호를 조작함으로써 입력신호로 부터 도출된 처리장치의 출력신호에 응답하는 가스연료의 흐름을 변화시키는 가스 유량제어장치, 디젤연료의 분사를 제어하는 디젤연료 제어장치로 구성된 연료제어장치.
  10. 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 엔진속도에 응답하여 상기 입력신호를 구성하며 엔진속도를 지시하는 신호를 발생하도록 된 연료 제어장치.
  11. 제8-10항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 디젤연료 제어장치는 엔진으로 분사되는 디젤연료의 각기 분배량의 체적을 제어하는 분사펌프제어장치와, 분사펌프 연계작동되는 분사펌프작동기로 구성된 분사펌프제어 장치를 포함하는 연료 제어장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 처리장치는 엔진속도와 같은 적어도 하나의 엔진 변수들에 응답하여 그 변수로 부터 요구되는 디젤연료 유량을 결정하고 상기 처리장치로 부터 분사펌프작동기를 위한 요구되는 디젤연료유량을 지시하는 출력신호를 발생시키도록된 디젤연료 유량 결정장치를 포함하는 연료 제어장치.
  13. 제8-12항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리장치는 조절기의 위치에 응답하여 그로부터 요구되는 가스연료 유량을 결정하며 유량제어장치를 위한 요구되는 가스연료 유량을 지시하는 출력신호를 처리장치로부터 발생시키도록 된 가스연료 유량 결정장치를 포함하는 연료제어장치.
  14. 제12항 또는 제12항에 종속된 13항에 있어서, 디젤연료 유량 결정장치는 요구되는 액체연료 유량을 제공하도록 분사작동기들에 의해 요구되는 신호의 크기와 요구되는 디젤연료 유량, 엔진속도에 관한 정보를 수용하는 기억장치를 포함하는 연료제어장치.
  15. 제13항 또는 14항에 있어서, 가스연료 유량 결정장치는 요구되는 가스연료 유량에 대한 액체연료 유량 조절기의 위치에 관한 정보를 수용하는 기억장치를 포함하는 연료제어장치.
  16. 제1항, 2항, 4항, 1-4항에 종속되는 제5-8항, 제8항에 종속된 제10-15항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디젤연료의 최대분배량은 디젤연료만으로 운전될때 충분히 조절된 속도에서 공급되는 각기 분배량의 5-20%, 바람직하게는 5-10%의 범위에 있는 연료제어장치.
  17. 제1항, 2항, 4항, 제1항 또는 4항에 종속되는 제5-8항, 제8항에 종속된 제10-15항, 제16항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최대 분배량은 디젤연료만으로 운전될때 충분히 조절된 속도에서 공급되는 각기 분배량의 고정된 백분율인 연료제어장치.
  18. 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리장치는 제어알고리등(algorithm)이 요구되는 가스와 액체연료 유량을 결정하도록되어 프로그램된 연료제어장치.
  19. 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리장치는 마이크로프로세 서로 구성된연료제어장치.
  20. 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리장치에 다른 입력신호를 제공하도록 가스유량 제어장치를 가로지르는 압력차에 응답하는 장치와, 상기 출력신호를 결정하는데에 상기 다른 입력신호를 사용하도록된 처리장치를 포함하는 연료제어장치.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 처리장치는 요구되는 가스연료 유량을 산출하도록 가스유량 제어장치를 가로지르는 압력차, 가스유량 제어장치에 의해 요구되는 신호의 크기와 요구되는 가스연료 유량에 관한 정보를 기억하는 제1기억장치를 포함하는 연료제어장치.
  22. 제1 및 제2 엔진운전 모우드(mode)들 사이에서 전환시키는 스위치를 포함하는 전기한 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 엔진은 오직 디젤연료만을 사용하는 제1 모우드에서 운전될 수 있고 디젤과 가스연료를 함께 사용하는 제2 모우드에서 운전될 수 있는 연료 제어장치.
