Claims (9)

  1. 불활성 대기내에서의 전환-증발단계와 열분해 단계로 구성된 전환 및 코킹성을 측정함으로서 촉매를 제조하는 공정에 있어서,
    a)촉매를 탄화수소 혼합물(또는 공급원)과 함침시키고,
    b)함침된 촉매를 300℃ 내지 380℃의 온도 θ2까지 불활성 기류내에서 가열하여 이러한 가온단계에서 전환-증발시켜 전환-증발 유출물을 생성하고,
    c)가열을 하면서 상기 전환-증발 유출물을 탄화수소 검출기로 측정하고(Q는 상기 전환-증발 단계시에 생성되는 탄화수소를 나타낸다.),
    d)불활성 기류하에서 온도를 θ2에서 온도범위가 500℃에서 1000℃인 θ3로 증가시켜 본 가열 동안에 열분해가 발생되도록 하여 열분해 유출물과 잔사를 생성하고,
    e)가열하면서 탄화수소 검출기를 사용하여 상기 열분해 유출물을 측정하고 (P는 상기 열분해 단계시 생성되는 열분해된 탄화수소를 나타낸다),
    f)산소 기류하에서, 온도가 500℃ 에서 1500℃ 사이인 온도 θ4로 상기 잔사를 전환시키는 연소공정에 의하여 연소기체 유출류를 생성하고,
    g)최소한 하나의 알맞는 검출기를 사용하여 상기 연소 유출류를 측정하고(P는 잔량을 나타낸다),
    h)상기 측정된 Q, P와 R로부터 상기 촉매의 전환 및 코킹활성을 평가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법,
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소 혼합물의 초기 비점이하의 비점을 갖는 용매내의 탄화수소혼합물 1-30중량% 용액으로 촉애를 함침시킨 뒤 용매를 제거하는 것으로 구성된 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2℃/분 내지 50℃/초의 속도로 증가되는 온도비율로서 촉매를 실온으로부터 온도 θ2까지 가열하는 것으로 구성된 방법
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열분해단계동안의 온도증가율을 2℃/분 내지 50℃/초로 하여 촉매를 가열하는 것으로 구성된 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전환-증발단계시 측정되는 일련의 값이 각각 1 내지 120초 동안 계속된 값이며 Q값으로 합하여지는 것으로 구성된 방법
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전환-증발단계시 측정되는 일련의 값이 각각 1 내지 120초 동안 계속된 값이며 Q값으로 합하여지는 것으로 구성된 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불활성대기의 가열에 사용되는 불활성 기체의 유속이 다공성 매트릭스의 양에 대한 비율로 나타냈을 때 1 내지 50㎖/㎎/분인 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연소가 2-20분간 진행되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 검출기는 카타로미터와 같은 이산화탄소에 대한 검출기이며 황 또는 질소화합물을 위한 검출도 사용되는 방법.
