Claims (11)

  1. 규산마그네슘 및 CaO-함유 화합물 또는 규산칼슘 및 MgO-함유 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 혼합물의 액화온도 이상으로 가열하여 점성액체를 형성시키고, 이 점성액체를 연신하여 섬유를 형성시킨 다음, 상기 섬유를 액화온도 이하로 냉각시킴을 포함하는 내알칼리성 유리섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 규산마그네슘 약 30 내지 63중량%, 실리카 0 내지 약 47중량%, 탄산칼슘 약 21 내지 45중량%, 및 리튬옥사이드, 칼륨옥사이드, 나트륨옥사이드, 바륨옥사이드, 카드뮴옥사이드, 납모노옥사이드, 스트론튬옥사이드, 아연옥사이드, 알루미나, 붕소옥사이드, 세륨옥사이드, 주석옥사이드, 티타니아, 산화지르콘, 안티몬 펜톡사이드, 니오브 펜톡사이드, 인 펜톡사이드 및 탄탈펜톡사이드, 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 옥사이드 약 5 내지 20중량%을 함유하며, 이때 상기 그룹중의 단일 옥사이드는 약 10중량%의 최대량으로 첨가하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 규산마그네슘이 활석형태이고, 실리카가 모래형태이며, 탄산칼슘이 석회석 형태인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 점성 액체를 오리피스를 통해 연신하여 연속섬유를 형성시키는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 냉각된 연속 섬유를 내알칼리성 중합체층으로 피복시키는 방법.
  6. CaO-함유 물화합과 혼합된 규산마그네슘 또는 MgO-함유 화합물과 혼합물 유리체(glass body)의 성형시에 높은 내알칼리성을 갖는 유리성형 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 규산마그네슘 약 30 내지 63중량%, 실리카 0 내지 약 47중량%, 탄산칼슘 약 21 내지 45중량%, 및 리튬옥사이드, 칼륨중사이드, 나트륨옥사이드, 바륨옥사이드, 카드뮴옥사이드, 납모노옥사이드, 스트론튬옥사이드, 아연옥사이드, 알루미나, 붕소옥사이드, 세륨옥사이드, 주석옥사이드, 티타니아, 산화지르콘, 안티몬 펜톡사이드, 니오브 펜톡사이드, 인 펜톡사이드 및 탄탈펜톡사이드, 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 옥사이드 약 5 내지 20중량%를 필수적으로 함유하며, 이때 상기 그룹중의 단일 옥사이드는 약 10중량%의 최대량으로 존재하는 조성물.
  8. 실질적으로 SiO2약 30 내지 65중량%, MgO 12 내지 18중량%, CaO 12 내지 18중량, 소량의 옥사이드 5 내지 20중량%로 이루어진 유리를 포함하며, 이때 상기 소량의 옥사이드가 Ra 2O,RbO,Rc 2O3,RdO2및 Re 2O5중에서 선택되며, 여기서, Ra=Li,K,Na, Rb=Ba,Cd,Pb,Sr,Zn, Rc=Ce,Sn,ti,Zr, Re=Sb,Nb,P,Ta이고, 소량의 단일 옥사이드가 상기 유리의 약 10중량%이하로 존재하는 연속상 모노 필라멘트, 내알칼리성을 가진 유리섬유.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 SiO2약 55 내지 60중량%, MgO 약 14 내지 16중량% 및 CaO 약 14 내지 16중량%을 함유하고, 소량의 옥사이드가 Na2O,Al2O3,CeO2,TiO2및 Ta2O5중에서 선택되며, 소량의 단일 옥사이드가 상기 유리의 약 2 내지 6중량%로 존재하는 유리섬유.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 소량의 옥사이드로서 Na2O 약 2 내지 4중량%, Al2O3약 4 내지 6중량% 및 TiO2약 3 내지 5중량%를 함유하는 유리섬유.
  11. 제8항의 유리섬유를 함유하는 섬유강화 접합제품.
