Claims (5)
- 2개의 중첩된 관형층중 제1층이 제2층의 내측에 배열되고, 제2층은 1 이상의 몸체 플라이를 포함하고 이 몸체 플라이는 다시 타이어의 반경 방향 평면에 놓인 평행 직물 코드를 갖는 고무-피복직물을 포함하는 2개의 중첩된 관형층으로 된 제1단계 래디알 타이어를 회전 타이어 제조드럼상에서 제조하는 방법에 있어서 몸체 플라이가 상기 타이어 제조드럼의 원주상 전개길이와 그 폭에 있어 거의 동일한 직물 스트립으로부터 제조되고, 상기 코드가 상기 직물 스트립의 축방향 날실을 구성하고, 상기 직물 스트립이 탄성중합재로 피복되어 고무-피복 직물 스트립을 형성하고, 상기 피복된 직물 스트립이 드럼의 회전축과 거의 평행한 방향에서 타이어 제조드럼을 향해 축방향으로 공급된 후, 제1단계 타이어의 축방향 전개길이와 거의 동일한 축방향 부분을 형성하기위해 횡적으로 전달되고, 그리고 상기 축방향 부분이 타이어 제조 드럼상에 직접 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1단계 래디알 타이어의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1층은 단지 탄성중합재로만 구성되며, 중앙 내측라이너, 2개의 횡마모스트립 및 2측벽을 포함하며, 이들은 상기 타이어 제조드럼의 회전축과 거의 수직인 종축을 갖고 상기 제1단계 타이어의 상기 축 방향 전개폭과 같은 연속 탄성중합체 스트립을 형성하기 위해 상기 타이어 제조드럼과 인접한 예비결합 테이블상에 직접 압출함으로써 바람직하게 얻어지며, 상기 연속 탄성중합 스트립이 횡적으로 절단되어 상기 제1단계 타이어의 원주 전개길이와 거의 같은 축방향 조각을 형성하고, 축방향 조각이 상기드럼상에 축방향으로 직접 공급되어 제1층을 형성하도록 드럼에 권취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1단계 래디알 타이어의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 피복된 직물 스트립은 관형으로서 상기 몸체 플라이와 직경이 같은 연속 원통형 호스를 형성하도록 상기 직물 스트립을 가로로 접음으로써 얻어지며 ; 상기 연속 호스는 상기 탄성 중합재로 피복되도록 관형 바출다이를 통해 상기 드럼의 회전축과 거의 동축 방향으로 공급되어 피복된 관형 스트립을 형성하며, 이 스트립은 관형인 상기 부분을 얻기 위하여 횡적 절단된 후 상기 드럼상에 축방향으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1단계 래디알 타이어의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피복된 직물 스트립은 관형으로서 상기 본체플라이와 직경이 동일한 연속 원통형 호스를 형성하도록 상기 직물 스트립을 가로로 접음으로써 얻어지며 ; 상기 연속 호스는 상기 탄성 중합재로 피복되도록 관형 바출다이를 통해 상기 드럼의 회전축과 거의 평행한 방향으로 공급되어, 상기 타이어 제조드럼의 원주 전개폭과 거의 동일한 편평한 피복 스트립을 얻기 위해 상기 피복된 관형스트립의 생산라인을 따라 축방향으로 예비 절단되는 상기 피복된 관형 스트립을 형성하며, 상기 편평한 피복 스트립은 상기 제1단계 타이어의 축방향 전개길이와 그 길이가 거의 같은 편평한 축 방향부분을 얻기위해 가로로 절단되고, 상기 편평한 부분은 상기 코드 및 드럼의 회전축에 대하여 횡적으로 직접 상기 드럼상에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1단계 래디알 타이어의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피복된 직물 스트립은 편평한 스트립으로서 카렌다링 조작에 의해 상기 직물 스트립을 탄성중합재로 피복함으로써 얻어지며; 상기 편평한 피복된 직물스트립은 상기 드럼의 축과 평행하게 축방향으로 공급된 후 횡적으로 절단되어 편평한 축방향 부분을 얻고, 상기 편평한 축방향부분은 상기 피복된 직물 스트립의 이동 방향에 거의 수직인 방향으로 상기 드럼의 회전축 및 코드에 대하여 횡적으로 상기 드럼에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1단계 래디알 타이어의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
