Claims (10)

  1. 중간 제조 제품으로서 튜브리스 공기 타이어 케이싱용의 원통형 비가황처리 비코드 보강 소조립체에 있어서, 함께 적층되고, 폭(WL)을 가진 라이너, 채퍼, 측벽, 백벽 스트립, 커버 스트립, 검 숄더 스트립 및 어떤 다른 비코드 보강 콤포넌트로 구성된 적어도 두개의 콤포넌트를 포함하며, 상기 적층된 콤포넌트는 소조립체의 길이를 한정하는 공동 단부를 구비하며, 각 단부는 절단 와이어에 의해 형성된 다수의 밀접하게 이격된 릿지 및 벨리를 구비하며, 각 릿지 및 벨리는 와이어의 직경(d)보다 적은 깊이 또는 높이를 가지며, 단부는 실제로 평평한 평면을 따라 접합되며 상기 평면은 그 축방향폭을 가로질러 제품을 통해 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 비가황처리 비코드 보강 소조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 평면은 각도(θ)로 경사져 있으며, 상기 각도(θ)는 라이너 폭을 가로질러 통과하고 라이너에 직각인 반경방향 평면(NP)에 대해 90°보다 작고 60°보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 비가황처리 비코드 보강 소조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각도(θ)가 80°인 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 비가황처리 비코드 보강소조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소조립체가 하나의 라이너 및 두개의 측벽을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원통형 비가황처리 비코드보강소조립체.
  5. 원환체 형상이며, 타이어의 적도면에 대해 반대로 배향되고 17° 내지 30°범위의 각도인 코드각을 가진 적어도 두개의 벨트 플라이를 구비하는 튜브리스 공기타이어에 있어서, 카카스는 코드를 구비한 적어도 하나의 플라이를 구비하며, 라이너 및 적어도 두개의 콤포넌트를 구비한 소조립체는 중간 제조 제품으로서 소조립체를 구성하는 동안에 만일 표면 또는 평면을 따라 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브리스 공기 타이어.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폭과, 한쌍의 단부를 가진 플라이로서, 단부 사이의 거리는 플라이 길이를 한정하며 플라이는 코드로 보강된 비가황처리 고무를 가지며, 코드는 길이에 대해 65°와 90°사이의 각도로 배향되는 상기 플라이와, 소조립체를 함께 적층 형성된 적어도 두개의 콤포넌트로서, 이 콤포넌트는 라이너, 채퍼, 측벽, 백벽 스트립, 커버스트립 및 검 숄더 스트립으로 구성되는 콤포넌트 형태중 하나 이상으로부터 선택되는, 상기 콤포넌트를 구비하는 카카스를 더 포함하며, 상기 적층된 콤포넌트는 공동 단부를 가지며, 공동단부는 소조립체 길이를 한정하며, 각 단부는 다수의 밀접하게 이격된 릿지 및 벨리를 가지며, 단부는 실제로 평평한 평면을 따라 접합되어 있으며, 평면은 그 축방향 폭을 가로질러 라이너 및 적층된 콤포넌트를 통해 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브리스 공기 타이어.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 평평한 평면은 각도(θ)로 경사져 있으며, 상기 각도(θ)는 적층된 콤포넌트를 통해 통과하는 평면에 대해 90°보다 작거나 60°보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브리스 공기 타이어.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 각도(θ)가 약 80°인 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브리스 공기 타이어.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 라이너에 부착된 콤포넌트가 두개의 검 숄더 스트립 및 두개의 측벽인 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브리스 공기 타이어.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 각도(θ)가 약 80°인 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브리스 공기 타이어.
