Claims (6)

  1. 제어계와 제어대상으로 이루어진 서어보 시스템의 전달함수를 W라 할 때, 이 전달함수(W)의 역함수를 (1/W)를 전치보상계로 하여 상기 제어계의 앞에 설치하고, 이 상기 전치보상계에 제어지령을 입력 도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 완전 추종형 서어브 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어지령이 속도지령인 것을 특징으로 하는 완전 추종형 서어보 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어지령이 위치지령인 것을 특징으로 하는 완전 추종형 서어보 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전치보상계가 비례 및 미분요소로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 완전 추종형 서어보 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서어보 시스템이 디지틀계이고, Z 변환을 행하는 계를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 완전 추종형 서어발시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 Z 변환을 행하는 계가 샘플러 및 영차 홀드회로로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 완전 추종형 서어보 시스템.
