본 도면은 본 발명의 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치의 한 가지 태양을 도시한 것이다.
Claims (18)
- (i) 바스트네사이트의 회화를 실시하고,(ii) 회화된 바스트네사이트를 질산용액으로 신중하게 분별 용해하여 불용성잔류물의 형태로 존재하다가 추후 분리되는 세륨과 미량의 토륨을 제외한 네오디뮴 및 3가의 회토류원소들을 분리하고,(iii) 상기 단계에서 회수된 회토류원소들의 질산염의 수용액으로 이루어진 수상과, 수불용성 추출제를 함유하는 유기상간에 액체-액체추출을 수행하여 네오디뮴 또는 디디뮴을 분리 및 정제하고, 이어서 유기상중의 네오디뮴 또는 디디뮴을 회수함을 특징으로 하여, 바스트네사이트중에 함유된 회토류원소들로부터 네오디뮴 또는 디디뮴을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 바스트네사이트가 회토류원소들의 산화물로 표현된 10중량% 이상의 회토류원소들을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 바스트네사이트를 농축시켜 회토류원소들의 산화물로 표현된 40내지 75중량%의 회토류원소들을 함유시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회화의 온도가 400℃ 이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 회화의 온도가 500 내지 800℃내의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 또는 5항에 있어서, 회화의 지속시간이 30분 내지 3시간내의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 신중한 분별용해를 1 내지 14N농도의 질산용액으로 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 신중한 분별용해를 3 내지 9N농도의 질산용액으로 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 질산의 양이 3가의 회토류원소들의 화학량론적 양 내지 화학량론적 양의 50%과량임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분별용해를 20 내지 90℃내에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 분별용해용액중에 체류하는 시간이 30분 내지 2시간임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분별용해 처리를 60℃에서 1시간의 체류시간동안 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분별용해용액으로부터 불용성잔류물을 분리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 내지 13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분별용해용액이 바스트네사이트중에 처음부터 존재하는 10%미만의 세륨과 90% 이상의 네오디뮴을 포함하는 3가의 회토류원소들을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 회토류원소들의 산화물로서 표현되는 회토류원소들의 농도가 150 내지 500g/l의 범위 내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, pH가 2 내지 4의 범위 내로 될 때까지 회토류원소들의 질산염의 용액에 염기를 가하여 사전중화를 수행하여, 고형의 잔류물중의 불로세륨 및 미량의 토륨이 제거분리 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 추출제가 용매화성의 추출제임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 추출제가 트리부틸포스페이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
