Claims (3)

  1. 가) 1분자 중에 일반식
    (여기에서, A는 탄소 원자수 2-20개의 아크릴 관능성 유기기, R1은 탄소원자수 1-12개의 비치환 또는 치환 1가 탄화수소기, n는 0,1 또는 2임)
    으로 표시되는 단위를 적어도 1개 함유하는 오르가노폴리실록산 100중량부,
    나) 1분자 중에 규소원자에 결합한 수소원자를 적어도 1개 갖는 오르가노히드로디엔폴리실록산 0.5-50중량부로 되는 오르가노폴리실록산 조성물에 전자선을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산 경화물의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아크릴 관능성 유기기가 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 2-히드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 펜타에티스티톨트리아크릴레이트에서 선택되는 히드록시 관능성 아크릴레이트에서 유도된 것인 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아크릴 관능성 유기기가-아크릴옥시프로필기,-메타크릴옥시프로필기 등의 아크릴옥시알킬기에서 유도된 것인 방법.
