Claims (5)

  1. 계피산에스 테르류를 알카리로 가수분해하여 계피산류를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 계피산에스테르류와 알카리의 가수분해 반응을 용매로서 물을 사용하여 불균일 2상액계중에서 반응을 개시하여 얻어지는 계피산 알카리의 알카리수용액에 무기산을 가하여 생성액의 pH치가 4이하가 유지되도록 전술한 알카리수용액의 산처리반응을 수행함으로써 계피산을 석출시킴을 특징으로 하는 계피산류의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해반응으로 얻어지는 계피산알카리의 알카리수용액을 무기산에 가하여 산처리 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 계피산류의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해 반응으로 얻어지는 계피산알카리의 알카리수용액과 무기산을 산처리 반응조에 연속적으로 장입시킨 다음, 반응조내에 석출되는 계피산을 함유하는 생성액을 반응조로부터 연속적으로 배출시킴으로써 산처리 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 계피산류의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 가수분해반응으로 얻어지는 계피산알카리의 알카리수용액의 농도가 1내지 20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 계피산류의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 산처리 반응으로 얻어지는 생성액중의 계피산의 농도가 1 내지 20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 계피산류의 제조방법.
