제5도는 제1도의 자기식 회전센서의 보전기능의 원리에 대한 설명도.
Claims (4)
- 회전체와 연결되어 함께 회전하며, 회전수단의 회전방향의 복수개의 트랙으로 분할되어 자기기록부를 가지며, 이 트랙을 따라서 자기신호가 소정형태로 기록되며, 따라서 코드가 상기 회전수단의 회전방향에 대하여 직각방향으로 형성되는 회전수단과, 상기 회전수단의 트랙에 대향하며, 코드에 대응하는 신호를 발생하기 위해 트랙위에 기록된 자기신호를 검출하는 복수개의 자기감지장치로 구성된 자기감지수단과, 상기 자기감지수단으로부터의 신호를 처리하며, 상기 회전수단의 1회전을 소정수로 분할함으로써 얻어진 제1차위치를 식별하는 위치신호를 발생시키기 위한 수단을 갖는 회전체의 절대회전위치를 식별하는 자기식 회전센서에 있어서, 상기 회전수단에는 자기신호를 기록하는 추가트랙이 설치되며, 상기 자기감지수단에는 추가트랙위에 기록된 자기신호를 검출하는 추가감지장치가 설치되며, 두개의 보조신호는 크기를 주기적으로 변경하는 상기 회전수단의 회전에 따라서 발생되며, 그 주기는 인접하는 제1차위치의 위치신호의 간격과 같으며, 보조신호중의 하나는 다른 보조신호와의 소정 위상차에 의하여 전위되며, 상기 신호처리수단은 두 보조신호의 크기에 의하여 인접하는 제1차위치 사이에서 보간하는 회전위치를 표시하는 보간신호를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 회전센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구간은 두 보조신호의 크기에 의하여 구분되며, 보간신호로 구분 구간에 응답하여 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 회전센서.
- 제2항에 있어서, 어떤 기준치에 대하여 두 보조신호의 차의 절대치가 얻어지며, 절대치중 작은 값이 선택되며, 상기 구간내의 섹션은 선택된 절대치에 의하여 식별되고, 보간신호는 식별섹션에 응답하여 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 회전센서.
- 제2항에 있어서, 어떤 기준치에 대하여 두 보조신호의 차의 절대치가 얻어지며, 절대치중 작은 값이 선택되며, 보간신호는 미리 상기 신호처리장치에 포함된 테이블에 의해 수정함으로써 발생되며, 절대치에 대하여 인접하는 제1차위치 사이에서 보간하는 위치 데이터를 기억하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기식 회전센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
