Claims (7)

  1. 제품을 계량하기 위하여 반응하는 계량신호가 공급되는 다수의 계량검사유니트와 사전에 예정된 계량 조건을 만족시키는 전체무게를 보유하는 조합을 선택하기 위하여 상기한 계량신호를 조합하는 조합산술장치(4)로 구성되어 있는 조합계량기로서 상기한 각 계량검사유니트(2)는 다수의 제품계량실과 상기한 계량실내에 있는 제품의 전체무게를 측정하기 위한 단일의 계량감지기와 각 계량실에 반응하는 다수의 계량기억장치와 상기한 계량기억장치의 내용과 상기한 계량감지기로부터 검출된 각 계량실내에 있는 제품의 무게를 계산하기 위한 무게계산장치(12)로 구성되며 반응하는 계량기억장치(10a)(1Ob)에서의 내용을 저장하고 상기한 계량기억장치(10a)(1Ob)의 내용을 바탕으로 조합을 선택하기 위한 구성을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합계량기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 각 계량검사유니트(2)는 상기한 계량감지기와 연결된 단일의 계량호퍼(22i)를 포함하며 상기한 제품계량실(24)(26)은 상기한 계량호퍼(22i)를 구분하므로서 형성된 다수의 계량실을 구성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합계량기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 각 계량검사유니트(2)는 다수의 배출게이트를 보유하고 있는 단일의 공급호퍼(34i)와 관련되며 상기한 게이트는 상기한 각 제품계량실(24)(26)의 바로 위에 위치하여 반응한 상기 게이트가 열려지면 상기한 공급호퍼의 제품이 상기한 제품계량실의 한곳에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합계량기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 계량기는 상기한 제품계량실(24)(26)의 하나가 비었는지를 검사하는 장치와 상기한 빈계량실에 반응하는 상기한 공급호퍼(34i)의 게이트를 여는 장치를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합계량기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 계량기는 상기한 계량검사유니트(2)로부터 배출된 제품을 수집하기 위한 다수의 수집슈우트와 각 계량검사유니트(2)의 상기한 제품계량실(24)(26)에 반응하는 수집슈우트(20)와 상기한 조합산술장치(4)가 각 슈우트(20)에 반응하는 제품계량실(24)(26)에 속한 상기한 계량기억장치(10a)(1Ob)의 내용을 바탕으로 조합을 선택하기 위한 구성이 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합계량기.
  6. 다수의 제품계량실을 각 유니트에 포함하는 다수의 계량검사유니트와 상기한 계량실에 각각 반응하는 다수의 계량기억장치와 상기한 제품계량실내에 있는 제품의 전체무게를 측정하기 위한 단일계량감지기로 구성되어 있는 조합계량기에 있어서 어느 계량검사유니트(2)의 첫번째 계량실(24)에 제품을 공급하는 장치와 제1계량기억장치내에 있는 계량감지기의 전체무게를 저장하는 단계와 상기한 계량검사유니트의 제2계량실(26)에 다음의 제품을 공급하는 장치의 상기한 계량감지기의 전체무게의 감지에 의한 상기한 제1계량기억장치의 내용을 감소시키므로서 얻어진 값을 제2계량기억장치에 저장하는 단계와 상기와 같은 방법으로 제품을 순차적으로 상기한 제품계량실중 비어있는 계량실에 공급하고 상기한 계량감지기의 전체무게의 측정으로부터 남아있는 계량기억장치의 내용의 전부를 감소시키므로서 얻어진 값을 반응하는 계량기억장치에 저장하는 단계와 전체계량검사유니트의 상기한 계량기억장치의 내용을 바탕으로 조합산술작용을 실시하는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조합계량기방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 조합산술작용이 각 계량검사유니트(2)의 계량기억장치(10a)(1Ob)에 반응하는 내용의 출력을 바탕으로 각각 실시되는 것을 특징으로하는 조합계량기방법.
