Claims (15)

  1. (1) 폐수에 포함된 유기물질의 분해 및 탈질을 위하여 다수의 혐기성 세균군에 의해 폐수를 혐기적으로 처리하고,
    (2) 메탄세균군의 분해 작용을 기초로 하여 메탄가스를 발생시키기 위해 다수의 메탄세균군을 포함하는 필터재로 구성된 1개 이상의 생물학적 접촉 구역을 통해 혐기적으로 처리된 폐수를 통과시킴으로써 유기물질을 더욱 분해하고,
    (3) 혐기적으로 처리된 폐수에 포함된 유기물질을 더욱 신뢰할 수 있게 분해 및 탈질하기 위해 유기물질과 슬러지를 포함하는 수소공여체와 처리된 폐수를 혼합함으로써 혐기적으로 처리된 폐수를 반복하여 폭기하며,
    (4) 침전된 슬러지로부터 배출될 상 청수를 분리하기 위해 슬러지를 침전시키는 단계들로 구성되는 폐수처리 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 처리된 폐수를 반복하여 폭기하는 단계가
    (1) 폐수와 활성 슬러지를 혼합하고,
    (2) 활성 슬러지에 포함된 호기성세균군에 의해 호기 처리를 하기 위해 슬러지와 혼합된 폐수를 폭기하며,
    (3) 폭기를 정지하며 호기 상태에서 슬러지를 침전시키고,
    (4) 유기물질을 포함하는 수소공여체와 폐수를 혼합하며,
    (5) 호기성세균군에 의해 잔여 유기물질을 제거하기 위해 혼합된 폐수를 다시 특기하는 단계들로 구성되는 폐수 처리 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 호기적으로 처리된 폐수의 일부가 순환수로서 복귀되며 혐기적으로 다시 처리되는 폐수 처리 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 조건적 혐기성세균이 제1종 세균배양탱크에서 침전된 슬러지, 폐수 및 배양액을 기초로 하여 혐기상태에서 배양되며, 배양된 슬러지세균이 폐수를 혐기적으로 처리하기 위해 사용되는 폐수 처리 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 메탄세균이 제2종 세균배양탱크에서 배양액과 원폐수를 기초로 하여 배양되며, 메탄가스의 발생을 위해 배양된 메탄세균이 단속적으로 생물학적 접촉구역에 공급되는 폐수 처리 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 또한 처리수의 탈색을 위해서 분리된 상청액을 오존가스와 접촉시키는 단계를 갖는 폐수 처리 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 오존 처리된 물의 일부가 복귀되며 순환처리수로서 다시 혐기 처리되는 폐수 처리 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 혐기적으로 처리된 폐수와 혼합된 수소공여체가 원폐수인 폐수 처리 방법.
  9. (1) 폐수에 포함된 유기물질의 분해 및 탈질을 위해 다수의 세균군에 의해 폐수를 혐기적으로 처리하고 혐기적으로 처리된 폐수를 메탄세균군의 분해작용을 기초로 하여 메탄가스를 발생시키기 위하여 다수의 메탄세균군을 판함하는 필터재로 된 1개 이상의 생물학적 접촉구역을 통과시킴으로써 유기물질을 더욱 분해시키기 위한 혐기탱크.
    (2) 슬러지와 유기물질을 판함하는 원수와 처리수를 혼합함으로써 처리된 폐수를 반복하여 폭기하고 슬러지를 침전시켜 배출될 상청액을 침전된 슬러지로부터 분리시키기 위한 호기탱크.
    (3) 혐기탱크에 배양된 세균을 공급하기 위해 침전된 슬러지, 원폐수 및 배양액을 기초로 하여 조건적 혐기성 세균을 배양하기 위한 제1종 세균배양탱크 및,
    (4) 혐기탱크에 배양된 메탄세균을 공급하기 위해 배양액과 원폐수를 기초로 하여 메탄세균을 배양하기 위한 제2종 세균배양탱크를 포함하는 페수 처리 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 또한 처리수를 탈색하기 위해 오존에 의해 상기 호기탱크로부터 배출된 폐수를 처리하기 위한 오존처리탱크를 갖는 폐수 처리 장치.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 호기탱크가
    (1) 상기 혐기탱크에 의해 혐기적으로 처리된 폐수와 수소공여체로서 작용하는 원수를 저장하기 위한 탱크,
    (2) 상기 탱크내로 공기를 확산시키기 위한 폭기 장치,
    (3) 상기 탱크내의 액체를 교반하기 위한 교반기,
    (4) 상기 탱크내에 침전된 슬러지를 취출하기 위한 펌프 및
    (5) 상청액 배출기구를 포함하는 폐수 처리 장치,
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 상청액 배출 기구가
    (1) 상기 탱크의 액면상에 부동된 부동체,
    (2) 상기 부동체에 부착되며 흡입부를 구비한 1단부를 갖는 가요성 관,
    (3) 상기 고체 물질을 제거하기 위해 상기 흡입부에 마련된 필터,
    (4) 각기 상기 가요성 관의 타단부에 연결된 배출 펌프와 배출 밸브를 포함하는 폐수 처리 장치,
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 오존처리탱크가
    (1) 그 저부로부터 오존처리될 물이 공급되는 처리탱크,
    (2) 상기 처리탱크의 저부 또는그 가까이에 오존가스를 송풍하기 위한 오존가스 공급장치,
    (3) 상기 처리탱크에서 오존처리된 물을 배출하기 위해 상기 처리탱크의 상부에서 대기와 연통하도록 형성된 배출통로,
    (4) 상기 처리탱크의 액면에 대해 기밀되게 폐쇄된 공간을 형성하기 위해 상기 처리탱크의 상부에 마련된 상부벽,
    (5) 상기 처리탱크의 오존가스를 배기하도록 상기 상부벽에 마련된 배기 통로 및,
    (6) 상기 배기 통로에 마련된 배기오존가스처리부를 포함하는 폐수 처리 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 오존가스 공급장치가
    (1) 그 출구가 상기 처리탱크의 저부 또는 그 가까이로 개방되며 그 인입구가 출구의 위치보다 높은 위치에서 상기 처리탱크로 개방된 처리수를 위한 순환수로,
    (2) 이 순화수로에 마련된 이젝터 펌프 및,
    (3) 상기 이젝터 펌프로 오존가스를 분사하기 위한 오존가스 발생 장치를 포함하는 폐수 처리 장치,
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 오존처리될 물이 상기 이젝터 펌프에 공급되어 상기 이젝터 펌프내에서 분사된 오존가스와 혼합되도록 된 폐수 처리 장치.
