Claims (13)

  1. 수불용성담체상에 헤테로이관능성 가교제에 의하여서 고상화 시키는데 있어서, 항체자 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드에 특이적인 부분 환원혀의 임뮤노글로불린으로 치룰기를 갖는 고상화 항체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수불용성 고형담체가 아미노기를 갖는 것이 특징인 고상화 항체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 헤테로이관능성 가교체가 두가지 결합을 형성할 수 있는데, 하나는 임뮤노글로불린의 이촐기와 타하나는 고형 담체의 아미노 그룹과 결합하는 것이 특징인 고상화 항체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고형담체가 아미노기를 갖는 미세과립 폴리아크릴아미드 겔이 특징인 고상화 항체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 미세과립 폴리아크리아미드 겔이 부분적으로 가수분해되고 직쇄형 알킬렌디아민과 커플링 반응하여 푸리아미노기를 갖게 하는 것이 특징인 고상화항체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 헤테로이관능성 가교제가 m-말레이미도벤조인산N--히드록시호박산이미드 에스테르(MBS)가 특징인 고상화항체.
  7. 임뮤노글로불린과 고형담체와의 사이에 고형담체가 갖고 있는 아미노기와 임뮤노글로불린이 갖고 있는 치올기가 가교제의 아미노기 지향성 관능기와 치올기 지향성 관능기와 각각 가교를 형성하는 것에의하여서, 헤테로이 관능성가교제의 보조하에 수불용성 담체와 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드레 특이적인 임뮤노글로불린의 부분환원형의 가교결합을 특징으로 하는 고상화항체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 수불용성 고형담체가 아미노기를 함유하는 미세과립 플로아크릴아미드겔인 고상화 항체의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 수불용성 고형담체가 직쇄형 알킬렌디아민과 커플링반응함으로서 도입된 푸리아미노기를 함유하는 부분적으로 가수분해된 미세과립 폴리아크릴아미드겔인 고상화 항체에 제조방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 헤테로이관능성가교제가 m-말레이미드벤조인산 N-히드록시호박산 에스테르 (MBS)인 고상화항체의 제조방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 부분환원형 임뮤노글로부린이 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드 또는 그 푸라그멘트를 리간드로 갖고 있는 면역치화 칼람상에서 정제한 후 부분환원을 행한 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드에 특이적인 혈청에서 부터 수득한 임뮤노글로불린인 고상화항체의 제조방법.
  12. 헤테로이관능성가교제의 보조하에 아미노기를 갖는 수불용성 고형담체와 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드에 특이적인 부분환원형 임뮤노글로부린과 결합함으로써 얻어지는 고상화 항체를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단항체법에 근거한 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드의 면역측정방법.
  13. 헤테로이관능성가교제, 표준 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드용액 및 방사능이 있는 표지를 한 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드 유도체와 완충제의 보조하에 아미노기를 갖는 수불용성 고형담체와 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드에 특이적인 부분환원형의 임뮤노글로불린을 결합시켜서 얻어지는 고상화 항체를 특징으로 하여, 체액중의 인푸로인슐린 C-펩타이드를 측정하는데 사용하는 방사능 면역측정 키트.
