Claims (9)

  1. 유전체 자기와, 자기에 접촉하고 있는 적어도 2개의 전극으로 조성되는 자기콘덴서에 있어서, 자기가, 100중량부인 기본성분과, 0.2∼10.0중량부인 첨가성분으로 조성되며, 기본성분이 (CaO)K·(Zr1-x-TiX) O2(단, k 및 x는, 0.8k1.3, 0x0.3의 범위의 수치)이며, 첨가성분이 B2O3와 SiO2와 MO(단, MO는 BaO, MgO, ZnO, SrO 및 CaO중 적어도 1종의 금속산화물)와의 조성을 표시하는 3각도에 있어서, B2O3가 15몰%, SiO2가 25몰%, MO가 60몰%인 점(A)와, B2O3가 30몰%, SiO2가 영몰%, MO가 70몰%인 점(B)와, B2O3가 90몰%, SiO2가 영몰%, MO가 10몰%인 점(C)와, B2O3가 90몰%, SiO2가 10몰%, MO가 영몰%인 점(D)와, B2O3가 25몰%, SiO2가 75몰%, MO가 영몰%인 점(E)와를 순차로 연결하는 5개의 직선으로 둘러싸여진 영역내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기콘덴서.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전극은 자기안에 파묻혀진 것을 특징으로 하는 자기콘덴서.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전극은, 비금속으로 형성된 자기콘덴서.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 비금속이 닉켈인 자기콘덴서.
  5. 100중량부인 기본성분과, 0.2∼10.0중량부인 첨가성분으로 형성되며, 기본성분이 (CaO)K·(Zr1-x-TiX) O2(단, k 및 x는, 0.8k1.3, 0x0.3의 범위의 수치)이며, 첨가성분이 B2O3와 SiO2와 MO(단, MO는 BaO, MgO, ZnO, SrO 및 CaO중 적어도 1종의 금속산화물)와의 조성을 표시하는 3각도에 있어서, B2O3가 15몰%, SiO2가 25몰%, MO가 60몰%인 점(A)와, B2O3가 30몰%, SiO2가 영몰%, MO가 70몰%인 점(B)와, B2O3가 90몰%, SiO2가 영몰%, MO가 10몰%인 점(C)와, B2O3가 90몰%, SiO2가 10몰%, MO가 영몰%인 점(D)와, B2O3가 25몰%, SiO2가 75몰%, MO가 영몰%인 점(E)와를 순차로 연결하는 5개의 직선으로 둘러싸여진 영역내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본성분과 첨가성분과의 혼합물을 준비하는 공정과, 적어도 2개의 전극부분을 갖는 혼합물인 성형물을 만드는 공정과, 전극부분을 갖는 성형물을 비산화성 분위기에서 소성하는 공정과, 소성으로 얻어진 성형물을 산화성 분위기에서 열처리하는 공정을 포함하는 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전극부분은, 비금속을 포함하는 도전성 페이스트를 형성물에 도포함으로써 형성된 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 비금속은, 닉켈인 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 소성은, 1,000℃-1,200℃의 온도에서 전극부분을 갖는 성형물을 가열하는 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 열처리는, 500℃-1,000℃의 온도에서 소성으로 얻어진 성형물을 가열하는 것인 자자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
