Claims (1)

  1. 스테핑모터와 이 스태핑모터의 하우징에서 외측으로 돌출한 회전축과 이 회전축의 돌출부에 나사로 끼워 맞추고 또 축방향으로만 이동가능하게 회전정지된 슬리브와, 이 슬리브와 일체적으로 결합하고 상기 회전축의 돌출단부가 넣어져 있는 텅빈구멍을 보유하며 유체통로의 밸브좌대에 대하여 위치변화시켜 유량을 제어하는 밸브체와, 상기 텅빈구멍에 끼워넣어져 상기 회전축의 돌출부가 밀접하게 끼워맞추어져 상기 밸브체의 직선이동을 상기 회전축상에서 안내시키는 자기윤활성을 가진 원통형 베어링메탈을 구비한 유량제어변장치.
