Claims (5)
- 코일케이스(1) ; 상기 코일케이스(1)에 고착된 보디(2) ; 상기 코일케이스(1)내에 설서된 코일(6) ; 상기 코일케이스(1)내에 설치된 스프링(7) ; 상기 코일케이스(1)내에 설치된 플런저(5) ; 여자(勵磁)시에, 상기 스프링(7)의 장력에 항거하여 상기 플런저(5)를 흡인하도록 설치된 상기 코일(6) ; 상기 보디(2)내에서 자유롭게 변위할 수 있도록 상기 보디(2)에 설치된 샤프트(12) ; 상기 샤프트(12)에 설치된 제1스라이딩 스푸울 밸브(4a) 및 제2스라이딩 스푸울밸브(4b) ; 상기 보디(2)에 설치된 인레트포오트(13) ; 상기 보디(2)에 설치된 엑조오스트포오트(3) ; 상기 보디(2)에 설치된 아우트레트포오트(11) ; 상기 인레트포오트(13) 및 상기 엑조오스트포오트(3)를 개폐하는 상기 제1스라이딩 스푸울 밸브(4a) 및 상기 제2스라이딩 스푸울 밸브(4b) 상기 제1스라이딩 스푸울 밸브(4a)와 상기 제2스라이딩 스푸울 밸브(4b) 사이에서 상기 샤프트(12)와 연통하는 상기 아우트레트포오트(11) : 상기 보디(2)내에 설치되어, 피이드백통로(8)를 통하여 상기 샤프트(12)와 연통되는 피이드백실(9) ; 상기 제1스라이딩 스푸울 밸브(4a)의 직경보다 더 큰 직경으로 형성되며, 상기 제2스라이딩 수푸울 밸브(4b)의 반대편에 있는 상기 제1스라이딩스푸울 밸브(4a)의 끝부분이 내부에 돌출되어 있는 상기 피이드백실(9)로 이루어지는 유압제어용 폐루우프식 비레전자밸브에 있어서 ;상기 피이드백실(9)의 내벽과 감쇠장치(10)의 외주면 사이에 유로의 조리개부(16)가 형성되도록 감쇠장치(10)가 상기 제1스라이딩 수푸울 밸브(4a)의 끝부분에 고착되어 상기 피이드백 실(9)내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어용 페루우프식 비례 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감쇠장치(10)는 판상부재(10)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어용 페루우프식 비례전자밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유로의 상기 조리개부(16)의 횡단면적(S2)과 상기 판상부재(10)의 측면면적(S1)과의 비(S2/S1)가 사용가능한 응답시간의 상한 면적비(S2/S1)와 공진영역보다 작은 면적비(S2/S1)와의 사이에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어용 페루우프식 비례전자밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유로의 상기 조리개부(16)의 횡단면적(S2)은 상기 관상부재(10)의 측면면적(S1)의 0.04 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어용 페루우프식 비례전자밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 피이드백실(9)의 내벽은 원통형으로 형성되며, 상기 관상부재(10)의 외주면은 원형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어용 페루우프식 비례전자밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
