제θ도는 종래에의 로우터리노즐에 있어서의 상대회전각 p(가로축)과 미끄러저 움직이는 면사이의 면압 p(세로축)의 관계를 나타낸 선도.

Claims (7)

  1. 각기 노즐구멍(142),(152)을 지닌 접동판연와(151)와 고정판연와(141)와를 면접촉 상태에서 상대회전시킴에 따라 양노즐구멍(142),(152)의 연통하는 개구의 크기를 조절하여 용융금속의 주탕량을 제어하는 로터리노즐에 있어서, 상대회전을 위한 구동력 및/또는 반동력을 받는 평면부를 상기 판연와(141),(151)의 외주면에 90o씩의 각도간격으로 4개소 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리노즐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 판연와(141),(151)의 외형이 정8각형임을 특징으로 하는 로우터리노즐.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 판연와(141),(151)는 받침쇠(brace)(5a)에 의하여 외주가 둘러쌓여있는데 받침쇠가 90o씩의 각도간격으로 평면부에 대응하는 평탄한 내주벽면을 4개소 지녔으며, 이것들 평탄한 내주벽면중에서 대면하지 않는 2면이 각각의 대향내주면에 대하여 접근이 반방향으로 위치 조정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로우터리노즐.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 접동판연와(151)와 고정판연와(141)가 서로 같은 치수의 정 8각형의 외형을 지녔으며, 서로의 노즐구멍(142),(152)이 합치한 상태에서 서로의 정 8각형 외형이 어긋남이 없이 꼭 증합하도록 되어있음을 특징으로 하는 로우터리노즐.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 판연와의 미끄러져 움직이는 면에 안쪽에서 외주에 이르는 홈(143)이 마련되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 로우터리노즐.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 홈(143)이 상태회전의 각도범위 내에서 양노즐구멍(142),(152)와 동시에 연통하는 일이 있는 위치에 마련되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 로우터리노즐.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 홈(143)이 판연와(141),(151)의 상대회전의 중심에 대하여 노즐구멍(142),(152)의 반대측에서 반지름방향으로 연장하여 있음을 특징으로 하는 로우터리노즐.
