Abstract

본 발명은, VTR 등에 사용되는 소형회전헤드실린더에 있어서, 조립에 의한 방위각도변화, 헤드높이변화를 저감하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 해결수단으로서, 자기헤드(1)를 가진 헤드베이스(2)와, 기준면에 헤드 베이스(2)를 고정하는 고정부 및 회전중심으로부터 대략 동일한 거리에 형성한 복수의 관통구멍을 가진 회전실린더(3)로 구성한다. 근접한 2개의 관통구멍의 사이의 기준면에, 회전실린더(3)의 외주에 가까운 부분이 오목하게, 내주에 가까운 부분은 기준면과 동일평면의 되도록 단차부를 형성한다. 이에 의해, 고정부의 주위에 거의 균일한 접촉면적을 확보할 수 있고, 기준면 및 헤드베이스(2)의 변형량을 저감할 수 있으므로, 높은 조립정밀도를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자기헤드를 가진 헤드베이스와, 기준면에 상기 헤드베이스를 고정하는 고정부 및 회전중심으로부터 대략 동일한 거리에 형성한 복수의 관통구멍을 가진 회전실린더로 구성한다. 근접한 2개의 관통구멍의 사이의 상기 기준면에, 상기 회전실린더의 외주에 가까운 부분이 오목하게, 내주에 가까운 부분은 기준면과 동일평면의 되도록 단차부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전헤드실린더.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 오목부가 관통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전헤드실린더.
