Abstract

Claims (3)

  1. 스프레이 축과, 하우징과, 그리고 상기 스프레이 축에 수직한 회전 축에 대해 횐전 가능한 실린더와, 그리고 연장축과 함께 고양이 눈 모양의 개구를 갖는 팁을 포함하는, 무공기 스프레이 팁 조립체에 있어서, 상기 실린더에 위치하고 상기 팁으로부터 상기 실린더에 직경 방향으로 이격된 거의 직사각형의 예비 오리피스와, 이 예비 오리피스와 상기 팁 사이에 상기 실린더 안에 위치한 확장 공동을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팁 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비 오리피스는 팁의 연장축인 평행한 연장축을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 팁 에셈블리.
  3. 스프레이 축과, 하우징과, 그리고 상기 스프레이 축에 수직한 회전축에 대해서는 회전 가능한 실린더와, 그리고 연장선축과 함께 고양이 눈 모양의 개구를 갖는 팁을 포함하는, 무공기 스프레이 팁 조립체에 있어서, 상기 실린더에 위치하고약 0.508mm(0.02인치)보다 작은 직경을 갖고 상기 팁으로부터 상기 팁으로부터 상기 실린더에 직경 방향으로 이격된 상기 오리피스와, 상기 예비 오리피스와 상기 팁 사이에 실린더 안에 위치한 확장 공동을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팁 조립체.
