Claims (19)
- 금속 가스킷(gasket)에 있어서, 견고한 금속으로 만들어진 기판, Cu, Cu-베이스 합금, Al과 Al-베이스 합금으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질로 만들어지고, 상기 기판의 양표면을 덮는 피복층을 포함하며, 상기 물질이 생산중, 300-500℃ 범위의 온도에서 열처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복층이 Cu와 Cu-베이스 합금중, 하나로 만들어지고, 열처리가 450-500℃ 범위의 온도에서 시행되는 금속가스킷.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 열 저항 스프링 금속으로 만들어지는 금속가스킷.
- 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열 저항 스프링 금속이 중량으로 0.4-0.1%인 C, 중량으로 0.1-0.5%인 Si와 Fe를 균형있게 포함하는 냉간 압연된 스프링강인 금속가스킷.
- 청구범위 제4항에 있어서, 더우기 상기 냉간 압연된 스프링강이 중량으로 1.0% 또는 그보다 약간 많거나 적은 Mn, 중량으로 1.5% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Cr과 중량으로 0.5% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 V를 포함하는 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열 저항 스프링 금속이 중량으로 10-20%인 Cr과 Fe를 균형있게 포함하는 스프링 스테인레스강인 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제6항에 있어서, 더우기 상기 스프링 스테인레스강이 중량으로 0.5% 또는 그보다 약간 많거나 적은 C, 중량으로 1.0% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Si, 중량으로 2.0% 보다 약간 적은 Mn, 중량으로 12% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Ni와 중량으로 2.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Al을 포함하는 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열 저항 스프링 금속이 중량으로 30-46%인 Ni, 중량으로 15-25%인 Cr과 Fe를 균형있게 포함하는 열 저항 스프링강인 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제8항에 있어서, 더우기 상기 열 저항 스프링강이 중량으로 0.1% 또는 그 보다 약간 많거나 적은 C, 중량으로 1.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Si, 중량으로 1.5% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Mn, 중량으로 5.0% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Mo, 중량으로 3.0% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Cu, 중량으로 1.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Al과 중량으로 1.5% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Ti를 포함하는 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열저항 스프링 금속이 중량으로 10-25%인 Cr과 Ni를 균형있게 포함한 열 저항 Ni-베이스 스프링 합금인 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제10항에 있어서, 더우기 상기 열 저항 Ni-베이스 스프링 합금이 중량으로 30% 또는 그보다 약간 많은 Fe, 중량으로 0.2%인 C, 중량으로 1.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Si, 중량으로 1.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Mn, 중량으로 1.0% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Cu, 중량으로 2.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Al, 중량으로 3.0% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Ti와 중량으로 1.5% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은(Nb+Ta)를 포함하는 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복층이 중량으로 3.5% 또는 그 보다 약간 많거나 적은 Fe, 중량으로 3.0% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Sn, 중량으로 45% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Zn, 중량으로 12% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Al, 중량으로 2.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Mn, 중량으로 35% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Ni와 중량으로 0.5% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 P와 Cu를 균형있게 포함은 Cu-베이스 합금으로 만들어진 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복층이 중량으로 1.2% 또는 그보다 약간 많거나 적은 Si, 중량으로 1.0% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Fe, 중량으로 5.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Cu, 중량으로 1.5% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Mn, 중량으로 5.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Mg, 중량으로 0.5% 또는 그 보다 적은 Cr, 중량으로 5.0% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Zn, 중량으로 0.5% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 Ti, 중량으로 0.5% 또는 그 보다 약간 적은 V와 중량으로 0.5% 또는 그보다 약간 적은 Zr과 Al을 균형있게 포함하는 Al-베이스 합금으로 만들어진 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 더우기 상기 기관과 상기 피복층 사이에 형성된 매개층을 포함하는 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제14항에 있어서, 상기 피복층이 Cu와 Cu-베이스 합금중, 하나로 만들어지고, 상기 매개층이 Ni로 만들어진 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제14항에 있어서, 상기 피복층이 Al과 Al-베이스 합금중, 하나로 만들어지고, 상기 매개층이 Cu로 만들어지는 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판의 두께가 0.10-0.35㎜ 범위에 있는 금속 가스킷.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판의 견고성이 Hv350-500인 금속 가스킷.
