Claims (20)

  1. 높아진 온도에서 손상에 저항하기 위한 적층금속구조에 있어서, (a) 스텐레스강으로 구성되는 기질금속, (b) 니켈, 니켈 기질 합금, 또는 그둘의 혼합물로 구성되는 버터링층, (c) 상기 버터링층에 적층된 경화-표면층으로 구성되고, 상기 버터링층은 상기 기질금속에 결합되고, 상기 버터링층과 경화표면층사이의 상기 조합은 높아진 온도에서 상기 기질금속이 손상으로부터 보호되도록 대략 연속적인 코팅을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기질금속은 8-16중량%Cr을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기질금속은 12중량%Cr으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  4. 제1, 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 버터링층은 Cr을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 버터링층은 적어도 12중량%Cr을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경화표면층은 코발트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 경화표면층은 약 0.02중량%C, 2.6중량%Si, 8.5중량%Cr, 28.5중량%Mo, 3.0중량%Ni 및 Fe, 잔부량은 Co로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 버터링층과 경화표면층은 용접으로 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 버터링층은 0.25-5mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경화표면층은 1.27-6.35mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 손상저항용 적층금속구조.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 적층금속구조를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 버터링층과 경화표면층의 실시에 의해 생긴 적어도 응력부위를 완화시키도록 충분한 시간동안 기질금속과 그 금속의 대략 연속적인 코팅물을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 가열은 539℃-627℃로 전도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 가열 지속시간은 1-3시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
  14. 제11, 12, 또는 제13항에 있어서, 상기 적층금속구조는, 가열후에 시간당 38℃이하의 속도로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 냉각은 약 149℃의 균일한 온도에 이를때까지 계속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 냉각은 절연분위기에서 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
  17. 제11항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 버터링층에 경화표면층을 용접하기 전에, 기질금속 및 그 버터링층은 232-482℃로 예열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 예열은 400℃로 전도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
  19. 제17항 또는 제18항에 있어서, 상기 기질금속과 버터링층은 경화표면층을 용접하는 중에 적어도 232-482℃의 상호 통과 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 기질금속과 버터링층은 약 400℃의 상호통과 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층구조 제조방법.
